The best body shop in Palatine! Originally got work done on my Subaru back around May of 2020 after a little fender bender. Carlos and his crew were super helpful and informative of any potential discoloration between body panels. Fast forward three years later, and the paint and craftsmanship is still holding up with no chipping. My VW had a door dent fixed in 2017. The same door repair started to crack and delaminate in 2023. They checked it out , said it was under warranty, and would fix it no charge. True to their word. The repair looks beautiful. Highly recommend their work and customer focus!Service: Painting

They fixed the rear life gate and bumper on our Tucson. They had earlier availability than other shops, took care of all the State Farm details, GREAT communication keeping us updated with the progress, and the end result is as good as new. I was hit in the read end of my vehicle by a taxi. It was not my fault and after much back & forth on the phone with my insurance agent and claims department we were trying to finalize what they will cover to be fixed. Carlos went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure step by step my vehicle was fixed correctly. It also had to be taken to a dealership for diagnostics test because the report did not state that my suspension got damaged from accident. He kept me informed step by step thru text the entire time. Due to getting in a car accident, I was looking for a body shop for repair, started Googling and looking up reviews and settled on bringing my car in to Auto Collision. Their customer service is outstanding; very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic to your needs, and Juan was great with explaining details and very nice/kind. Upon pick up of my car, they did a great job with the repair, informed me that they're still waiting on molding (the only part on back order), and assured me that it should be in within a couple of weeks and they'll place it on for me right away.
