I came in this morning to file a dispute on a charge on my account. The man at the desk was very rude. He flicked me off and was acting very nasty towards me with no respect. How is he still working there?! HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. This is who bmo has representing their company i’m in disbelief on how this man was acting. He didn’t know what he was talking about and made a scene in front of everyone in the branch.

I was at this location earlier and the tellers were all super respectful and friendly however their manager had a very nasty attitude and only cared for higher sales. She treated her workers very bad. I believe that is unacceptable.

Do not do any business with bmo harris bank,They have a trick to charge people for insufficient fund, when there's enough money on the account,The free checking account it is just to attract people so they can fall into banks fee's,

Get your drive-through fixed!!! If you go through the drive-through for the ATM, with anything but a compact car, you are probably going to scrape your tires. The concrete is covered in rubber and one of the columns is damaged. Redesign your drive-through and stop damaging your customers cars.

Get your drive-through fixed! The ATM part of the drive-through is too tight and poorly designed. Unless you have a compact car, good luck at getting through without scraping your tires. It's clearly an ongoing issue given that the column is badly damaged and the concrete is covered in rubber from peoples tires. Stop damaging you customers cars! Fix your stuff!

Been a BMO customer for years been coming to this location for 5 years now, the ATM drive they have always is never working. It is always out of order or has no money, how can a bank atm run out of money constantly so many times? It is ridiculous when I need to deposit money after hours because I work all day and there is not a ATM BMO close by. Need to get a new ATM or figure this out because it is way out of control.

NEEDS CLARITY AND RE TRAINING FOR DOING BUISSINESS WITH PEOPLE AND BE PROMPT AND RELIABLE. WE ARE VERY DISSATIISFIED WITH HOW YOUR BRANCH RESPONDED TO OUR NEEDS. WE PROCESSED A WIRE TRANSFER AROUND 10AM AND AT 1PM WE TRIED TO CLOSE OUR CONTRACT FOR REAL ESTATE. HOWEVER, THE MONEY HAD YET TO TRANSFER OVER AND YOUR BANK REFUSED TO PROVIDE US WITH A SIMPLE FEDERAL REFERENCE NUMBER. WE WERE RUNNING CLOSE TO THE CUT OFF TIME AT 4PM AMD YOUR BANK REFUSED TO STAY IN CONTACT WITH

"We don't make change for non customers." Why the hell not? Nobody's going to make an account just for change, the only purpose this rule has is to waste people's time. It costs you literally nothing other than the five seconds of labor to open the drawer and count some money.

The manager with a heavy accent is horrible. Worse customer service DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Takes her 5 minutes in the drive thru to greet you. She screwed up my account and left it negative when she shouldn't have. I called customer service to explain what she did and they confirmed what she did was wrong. As she called me back today she never apologized but instead said she did me a favor????? Never again she is rude and unprofessional. I love Harris Bank but these tellers have given me horrible customer service.

About a month ago I brought my daughter in-law into this Harris Bank to open a cd with the funds she and her husband received from their wedding. When we walked in, it was a bit crowded, but a nice young lady asked us to please have a seat and to help ourselves to some coffee. We did have to wait about 10 minutes to be helped, but that's not unreasonable. We met with their banker Rich, and talked about current cd rates. He was very polite, however, we couldn't agree on the interest we were to receive on the cd. I was trying to see if they could match another bank. Rich then brought in Mr. Quin, who was the bank manager to help with the situation. He seemed very knowledgeable and was interested in a "big picture" point of view when it came to our relationship. After all was said and done, we opted to open the cd with Harris. We were pleased with our visit...we just wish the interest rates could be a bit higher. - Walt -
