What an awful experience at this branch. I came there two hours before closing and nobody was able to help me open an account. They kept telling me that they only have two personal bankers. Well I am not a manager to stuff your bank with more personnel. I went to Arlington height branch and was taken care of immediately. Never ever I would step in this branch again.

Very bad costumer service , I had to wait for 45 mins to get an answer and never got it on how to make an appointment to open an account , the lady told me to have a seat and she will Come and talk to me about the documents and appointment, never came-back it was Saturday and not a lot of costumers btw , don’t waste your time

Made an appointment to speak with branch banker on the phone via the Chase app, Gallo Trullijo. He never called me at the appointment time and waited to call me Right before the bank was closing to tell me he didn't realize it was a phone call appointment, when I go to call back it says he's not working for another week. Extremely unprofessional. Why provide this service if you aren't going to follow through.

Great experience, I went into the Bank today for the first time in years to try to help my dad with a complex issue and the bankers were very helpful. The banker that helped us specifically was excellent, she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and it helped tremendously she was bilingual so my dad could also hear and understand the conversation. I just totally forgot to ask for her name.
Very good experience with many people with the ability to speak Spanish. Today we had the pleasure of solving a complex problem with a very intelligent, kind, and bilingual banker. Just don't take your name but excellent service especially for people who need help in Spanish!
