I reached out to the customer service via email about a simple log in issue and I received a phone call within 5 minutes of emailing. The person who reached out couldn't have been any more helpful and my situation was resolved in minutes. I am very appreciative to find customer service like this. Thank you.

Horrible bank manager. I live in Inverness and will be worth up to $3 million at some point in my life. After cashing a $200 check from my mothers account, which is from that bank. I was suddenly approached by this large man who was very intimidating with another large man that was talking about having a concealed carry conceal permit so he probably had a gun. This man would not identify himself and started asking why I was there, and then started accusing me that I was checking out their security system as if I was gonna rob the bank the police were dispatched, and then an ambulance. It was so embarrassing. I cannot even describe it I used to know important people that work at the bank including Jay F. I’m sure this bank knows who I am and perhaps a letter of apology or firing this manager would satisfy me enough to go back there. I also was going to talk to them about a safety deposit box because I currently bank at a location that is in conveniently located from Inverness. If one day I inherit my millions, and he still there, I will bank there just to make a point. But I don’t even know why I would go back there because they don’t even have ATMs like Chase or fifth third or BMO Harrison - think twice before you bank with these hoodlums. Perhaps its a mafia Bank I don’t know, but it was extremely scary environment. Just my opinion so hopefully you have a much better experience. PS the banks receptionist couldn’t have been any sweeter. She was a very nice person and so was the teller. I’m just upset with whoever that big guy was calling himself a manager. He’s a thug.

I have worked with Brian Klingenberg for my marketing business as well as personally. He is great to work with, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I was able to make hard business decisions with his guidance and will refer anyone to him in the future.

Going forward, forget the Chase Bank, Roy Schultz it the person and Cornerstone National Bank is the Bank I will do all my future business with. Thank God I came across Roy and his bank for my business SBA PPP funding the time of need. Thank you for helping my business to stay in operation.

Love this bank. They treat me like a actual human being, instead of a number unlike the bigger chains. They are great people. Place is also very clean all the time. Whoever does your cleaning, they do a great job.
