About a few months ago the front pads were replaced. Today I changed the oil at the official Toyota service center and it turned out that the shim kit was missing on the brake pads. This caused vibration and extraneous noise in the wheel.After such an attitude towards the work being performed, I will not use the services of this service again.

Hi, everyone!!! This post is for ppl like me - looking for ohnest mechanic, which is, no doubt, very raire in our days.I have visited this shop only once, and i have already regrated that i haven't come here before. The owner, Alex, is SUPER ohnest, will suggest You what to do, or how he would have done it. He will give you a bunch of options to choose from... Anyway, just give it a try, and you will find for yourself....if you don't have a mechanic yet, don't waste your time - go here. If you already have a mechanic, consider to double check, cause the health of your car, is just like your own health, it has to be in the right hands. However, if you don't have a mechanic yet, you can choose any shop, go there for diagnostics ....and than go to CTO and compare........i assure you....you will change your mechanic's address on the fridge once and forever!

Went in for a leaky tire. They looked at it and diagnosed it. Told me that the leak was on the edges and that I needed a new tire, which is what I thought from the start since it had been letting air out slowly for days.They were nice enough to install my tire and have me on my way without a charge.Honesty seems to be the norm here.Thank you CTO for all your help. I’ll be coming here for anything else.Service: Tires
