Great, as always! Delta Sonic Palatine is the BEST facility around. I've been a DS customer for years and have always had a 5 STAR experience. Edwin, the Mgr was great to talk with, on the phone as well as in person.
Aaron who did my Ceramic Protection Package treated my vehicle as if it was his own. When he was done he explained what he did and why and gave me advise on how to maintain it until my next years application.
I would highly recommend this facility, they take pride in what they do.

Paid like $300 for everything and to be honest I could’ve done this myself or went to a different detail shop for a lot less what a waste of time for me they didn’t even touch my middle counsel 😂 not coming back %100

I am very pleased with the assistance I received today at Delta Sonic. Alexis was very helpful and thorough. The car wash is excellent. I intend to recommend Delta Sonic to all my friends and family.

When I came this time I talked with Alexis. He was amazing and shared so many benefits I didn't even know I had with my membership. I typically come during busy times and it was slow and he took his time with me. I always love coming here and he just made the experience even better.

We have been car wash members here for about two years and unfortunately lately the washes have gotten sloppy. Our car comes out dirty on the back and soapy on our side mirrors.

Today was the first day I actually considered ending my monthly memberships. The line for the interior wash was very small, but it took FOREVER to get in and out. Employees moving very slowly and with zero sense of urgency.

I know that drying a car after a car wash may not be the most exciting job in the world, but I just got my car washed yesterday and Priscila did the most excellent job of drying my car that I have ever had. She carefully dryed all the windows and doors, blew out the mirrors, and cleaned any spots that the car wash missed.

Brian C and Alex P were outstanding and went out of their way to get some sap off of my windows once I'd gone through the wash. I really appreciated Brian's extra effort to take care of it for me.

A big shout out to one of the managers that was on duty-Brian C. & as well for Martin for taking care of my car. Great customer service from both. This morning I had a little incident on the road (bucket of paint) Before and after pictures. I’m truly thankful for these two gentleman’s.

I have been here plenty of times, however this time was super memorable. I had the exterior and interior of my car cleaned. My mom and I waited inside while the car was being cleaned. Once it was ready, it started pouring rain. Josue, who noticed that my mom was in a boot due to a broken foot, ran to grab a larger umbrella. He opened the passenger side car door for my mom and helped her walk carefully to my car even though he was getting soaked in the rain. This was exceptionally kind and we truly appreciated Josue going above and beyond in this situation. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness, Josue!!!!

I had a lot of stubborn bugs that took some extra effort to get off, Brian C came out and helped coach his team to spend an extra minute of attention to the front bumper and windshield. Looks great, a shout out to the fantastic folks at the Palatine Delta Sonic. The extra effort goes a long way….all smiles and appreciation.

I had a great experience with Edwin the new interior manager at Delta Sonic in Palatine. He is the reason I keep going to Delta Sonic. I have been an unlimitted customer for a long time and when Tony left I was worried that I would need to travel a long way to go to another Delta Sonic where he was assigned. However, thanks to Edwin I did not. He is terrific with the way he does my interior and shows his crew how to do same! Such a calm guy, too. Palatine is soooooo lucky to have him! thanks Edwin!
