I came in as a new walk in client and I am very happy with my experience with Zhanna.
I finished a long day at work and just wanted to zone out and treat myself to a gel manicure. She's either a kindred spirit or caught my vibes because it was a comfortable silence the whole time. No constant asking for services I didn't want or questions about my personal life or casual chit chat. Personally I love that.
Her technique/steps are a little different than what i'm used to but the results are immaculate. Keep in mind I haven't had a manicure in at least two years & I was dealing in shipping & I'm a nail biter when stressed. These nails were REVIVED.
it's been 5 weeks and i know i need new nails but these have LASTED

I had 2 terrible experiences, Owner Mary made me an appointment for me and took another lady at the same time, super unprofessional and greedy. Made me wait a long time instead of telling to come on a different time.just be Honest with customers. When I tried to tell her in a very professional way she tried to ignore me and stayed talking on her cell phone. I feel that they are taking advantage of people since they are in demand .

The first time I came here they were very nice, but my no-chip pedicure peeled in one day. The second time I came someone else did my nails and they looked great. Many compliments. Really
depends on who does your nails.
