Re: 04 sep 2022, ~11:00am. Terrible service in the FedEx drop off. 1. Nobody is on it’s working place. You can spend a lot of time here-nobody pays attention; 2. When I asked cashier desk lady call somebody, she used a loud speaker. Out from the blue arrived lady who is not customer oriented, Claudia if I am not mistaken. She didn’t assist, just listed the long line of what she is not able to do. I spent an hour in neighbourhood seeking to print out the shipping label. I’m impressed. Never again.

Worst delivery company ever every time I pay for express shipping they legit have never made the deadline & this never happens with USPS & UPS who deliver much more often to me & have a higher chance of it happening I advise any business to seek elsewhere when choosing who to partner with good customer satisfaction in 2022 in majority online & if your carrier can't meet the deadline you loose customers due to thing out of your own control because the lazy truck drivers at FedEx don't know how to hussle
