Circus ? with bunch of ? ? ?And main characters in the circus show are Ricardo Alvarez Mendiola - Financial center manager and Gurneet K Virdi - Retail Personal Banker IIIt’s not fifth3rd … it’s 53rd in customer satisfaction and 53rd business appreciation and 53rd overall as a bank??????????????

Will never give this branch any of my business. Branch Manager Jessia Vasquez aka Jessics Kahn is careless unprofessional, sarcastic, and slightly I think color judges. Her actions as well as Martin has caused my financial transactions to he delayed by 3 months before I can receive my finances and we are in a Pandemic. So far, I don't really get a good impression of this branch. I visited the branch for the first time more than a year ago. My experience was walking in, waiting 5 minutes, and walking out because no one acknowledged me. Today, I walked in, and there was a huge commotion. A customer who wasn't particularly well-dressed was shouting at one of the tellers who apparently had made a mistake. I just patiently waited in line for my turn. A lady who was ahead of me decided to leave as she didn't want to become a part of the scene. The customer who was shouting was bit excessive with his language. In any case, not a good impression of this location, thus far.

Staff is improperly trained and manager is deceiving and egregious w/ customer service. Manager's name is Mary... talk about condescending!! Dolce... also extremely rude. They will never return your calls, so I opted to go in for a face to face to discuss my issue. After being verbally badgered by Dolce then kicked to the manager, Mary, I had realized the experience was an epic fail. I waited patiently for Mary as she tended to another customer, no big deal. Then I watched her in her office fixing her hair and texting on her phone for 10+ min or so w/ no respect towards helping me. So I walked out realizing this was not going to get any resolve.

I just opened up a checking account & a week later I went to the teller ( Filipino or Vietnamese lady) to deposit a check. It got declined because she told me sometimes the computer doesn't recognize the check & sometimes it does, weird. What kind of bank declines a check ? Isn't part of having an account at a bank is to deposit checks or at least cash them? The annoying part was she had to keep repeating it over & over even after I acknowledged I understood her & she didn't need to keep saying it her excuse was she's just following procedures. Is this women brain dead or what? No customer service skills what so ever!!!!
