I took my vehicle to a number of shops after an accident, as the at-fault party was considering paying out of pocket. This was the only shop that offered the option of a paintless dent repair—markedly less than the estimate from other shops.
While the at-fault party decided to go through insurance, the shop handled getting it fixed and completed the repair two days earlier than estimated. The repair is invisible, even viewed from different angles.
BONUS: while I had brought someone with me to go to the rental place, they preemptively asked if I'd like a ride.

I can’t say enough great things about Gerber collision and glass. From Dominique the receptionist to the Manager Chris they treated me with such kindness and compassion. I had my car repaired there last Sept. My experience was a call with updates and promises that were kept. Today I called cause my headlight was out and I asked if perhaps they could help me. Chris came out and said I’ll replace it ..then proceeded to replace the other. Thank you for helping me and treating me so kindly. I highly recommend Gerber. By far the worst experience I've ever had with any body shop, I've lived in the northwest suburbs for 65 years had many causes to use auto body repair shops never been lied to so many times as this place never trust anyone here, wouldn't know how to tell the truth if their lives depended on it run don't walk away from this business you would have a better chance of your vehicle repairing itself
This shop is on Rand Rd. West side of street just north of lake cook Rd.

My 2023 Elantra was fixed by Gerber a month ago. They did an amazing job fixing the body work. My car had a taillight out which I didn’t notice until a few weeks after. Chris and his team helped me out the same day despite calling them after weeks. Go here for all your work!!!

Working with Gerber was a huge mistake. They completely took advantage of the situation. The general manager, Chris, is not someone you can trust. He made the repair costs way higher than they should’ve been—$17,000 for one accident. It honestly felt like the only thing they care about is making money.
Chris was disrespectful and avoided taking any real responsibility. I didn’t feel like my car—or I—were in good hands at any point. If you trust him or his team, you might end up regretting it.
Customer satisfaction clearly isn’t a priority here. I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else. Feel free to reach out if you want details.

Stay away from Chris if you dont want to get scammed, think twice before bringing your car in. Estimate keeps increasing every day stay away from Gerber Collision.

Took my SUV in for repairs all I can say is I was very pleased with the work they did you would never no that it was hit I diffently would recommend this body shop I give them 10 star's .

Joe did an excellent job in resolving an issue with the safety warnings in my car post repair. His customer service skills are exceptional. I highly recommend Gerber and my car looks great following the repairs after the car was rear ended at a stop light.
