they took amazing care of my car and got it fixed very fast. the cleaning and detailing was done incredibly. the staff is all friendly and super helpful with dealing with getting a rental and made the process so much easier. definitely would recommend to anyone needing their car fixed!

I called them to get a quote for a windshield issue. The woman I spoke with was short with me as she told me they likely could not solve my issue without a complete replacement. I was asking a follow-up question regarding the replacement and she cut me off in mid-sentence to say have a good day and hung up on me. Hung up on in the middle of a sentence. Unacceptable behavior and very disappointing for such a reputable outfit.

Our son's car was in need of a car front panel replacement. It took a.very long time to get the part in, which can happen with the current supply chain issues. But the communication was terrible throughout the process. Even when the part was in, it took a full week to repair after drop-off with little to no communication unless prompted with a call. Then, my wife picked up the car and when she got home we noticed the armrest was broken. Completely snapped it off while in the shop and nobody ever mentioned to us. Our son was days away from moving away so we gave up and will pay for and repair ourselves. Just went to fill out their customer survey and it had 1 Yes/Ni question then said Complete. We've used Gerber in Buffalo Grove before which seemed much better. We will never use this location again.

We are so delighted on how they fix our Honda CRV. Fast service because it was only about a week that it was repaired. They took good care of our vehicle.Robert is straightforward and friendly. Amazing experience from start to finish! Coming in as a new vehicle owner, after my boyfriend's neighbor backed into my car, everyone at Gerber was so helpful and kind. They walked me through the process, and I felt included and welcomed. Not to mention, the quality of the work was incredible and done surprisingly quickly. I loved their communication and how easy it was to go through everything with them. Ashley and Kris are so kind hearted. If anything ever happens to my car I wouldn't hesitate to trust them again!

Robert handled my Town & Country. He called me and kept me up to date on everything. Van was completed ahead of schedule. They not only got it looking great but removed some transfer paint and vacuumed the interior. Super friendly and I'm super happy with how they handled my vehicle.
