Worst customer service ever. The temp workers using common sense could have had me out of there in 5 minutes. I ended up waiting in 2 lines for 3 people for 25 minutes and accomplished nothing.

It's a college bookstore. I didn't have the highest expectations but they refunded me for a code some crook tech at Virginia Tech sent them. So as long as your book is an actual book you should be good but the ecode experience was way too much for me.

Great place. They are always happy to order something they don't have in stock. I would much rather support an actual book store than purchase something on-line from the "A" place even if it might be a few $ more.

Don't buy books or Access Cards from here. Classes are canceled you're stuck with a $150 access card but no instructor. Because the school has canceled your class and you cannot return your books or your access card. Yep you've been screwed
