Horrible customer service, would not accept paper copy of driver's license with current id, Edgar the manager was short with me and condescending, treating me substandard, and walked away and slammed his office door. Desk staff was polite.

I’ve rented from this location multiple times for business. These guys are always on top of the rental situation. Contract is ready, cars are clean and they get you on the road quickly. If you need a local rental in Arlington Heights or Palatine, this is to go to place

I highly recommend you to avoid this place. There is a sleezy guy, wrapped up in a neat outfit just to hide his personality, who will coldly tell you that there is no car for you although you reserved it. What is the point of reservation- he doesn't know apparently. By reserving a vehicle here, you will waste your Uber or Lyft money, if that's how you'll reach this fraudulent place. And you can get into a trouble if you have an important appointment, and you rely on a reservation of a vehicle. Outrageous.

Great service! They helped me out with a late in the day rental after the Schaumburg location failed miserably. Again great job very helpful and reasonable selection of cars, SUV's and trucks! Will use this location again!

Had a great experience. Check in and return process was easy. We were automatically upgraded to an SUV since they didn't have the exact size car we reserved. The car was like new and very clean, would definitely rent from here again

Can I give zero stars? No! So I’m gonna give one. Never again. We booked our car week in advance. But when we get there they said that they don’t have any cars available for us. No phone call before, no contact, nothing. Good there’s ENTERPRISE agent 2 miles away. Thanx enterprise for saving our vacation.

Terrible all the way around. Reserved a car and when I get to the location I’m told by the “manager” that they have no cars available. Condescending, rude and never once offers an apology or a solution to me now being stuck there with no car. Other customers in the office going through exactly the same thing with the same result. A phone call to customer service results in an overseas call center where “John” is almost impossible to understand. Last time I ever deal with hertz let alone this location.

Huge shout-out to Edgar for helping me get a rental. I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with when I first walked in to the front office, but Edgar's calmness helped to soothe things out right away.Thank you for your help, Edgar! I appreciate ya'!

Kevin is your guy when you get in there ! He gets his job done. You want to be in and out when you go pick up your rental car not waiting around !

Kevin has a bad attitude and is very short with customers. Seems very unhappy to be helping. Not a welcoming experience. The car was fine. But charges wernt explained when I picked it up. The other employee that wasn’t Kevin or the manager was not very knowledgeable of anything from the rental process to the car itself. Wouldn’t rent from them again.

Trash customer service. Don’t hold the car you booked despite you confirming several times including the night before. When I arrived the car class i needed was not available! To top it off the staff and manager is unapologetic saying “things change.”

I really wish Total Collision would’ve told me to go to Enterprise. Had the worst experience. Manager was rude. Didn’t have my car ready. Getting ahold of them on the phone was even a pain. Go to a different location or different company. Whole experience was a giant headache. Said I could leave the car at the auto shop. They don’t tell you it costs 35 bucks for them to pick it up. Enterprise doesn’t charge you for that service. Also got charged 40 bucks a day extra for LDW. Never agreed to that. Place will try to take advantage of you any way possible. Had a much better experience at Enterprise. Never had any issues there. Looks like they do this to other people also based on reviews
