Please do not ever rent a car from this location for hertz. I am a hertz gold plus member and never came across so arrogant and worst service at the rental desk. If you are opting for a mid size car they will provide the car with other class like suv or premium car with extra charges. The customer opting for this location will be greeted with conversations like leave it or take it... or I will cancel your reservation. Jim supposedly, from this location can be a bad mouth. There are may locations of other car rentals near this area. Please opt for those but I would recommend not to go for this location and make your day a worst possible one. If you want to really learn arrogance, bad mouth and bad manners this is the place.

I really wish Total Collision would've told me to go to Enterprise. Had the worst experience. Manager was rude. Didn't have my car ready. Getting ahold of them on the phone was even a pain. Go to a different location or different company. Whole experience was a giant headache. Said I could leave the car at the auto shop. They don't tell you it costs 35 bucks for them to pick it up. Enterprise doesn't charge you for that service. Also got charged 40 bucks a day extra for LDW. Never agreed to that. Place will try to take advantage of you any way possible. Had a much better experience at Enterprise. Never had any issues there. Looks like they do this to other people also based on reviews

DO NOT use this rental car service unless you don't mind over paying, terrible customer service, AND being stranded!!! We have given this company 3 chances- strike out! I cannot believe this company! We do not travel but maybe 1-2 family vacations a year. This company has over charged, and now left us stranded without a car on our trip! We confirmed this reservation 2 times and now they say they cannot rent us a car!?!? Will not tell us why??? Went straight to National, and not a single problem! In and out with great customer service!My husband travels for work also! We will never use Hertz again! Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I rented a car online, which it showed as available and used my credit card to hold it. They called me back after I made the reservation and just left a message that no cars were available. Terrible customer service. They didn't offer another car or nothing. Terrible service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Made a reservation days in advance. Show up Saturday morning (today) to pick up and they tell me no cars available and they tried calling me. I show my phone, no missed calls, they say “oh we didn’t have your phone number” so I guess they just lied initially. I asked if they could check availability at other locations (since clearly online availability was wrong since it showed there was still a car available for my reservation), they said no. Totally useless, unhelpful employees just stood their with their blank stare.Thankfully, Enterprise had a car available so I rushed over and got a car. I’ve had enterprise and National run out of cars before, and every time they’re exceedingly helpful in finding me a location with available cars. Maybe it’s just this one Hertz location staffed by useless unhelpful employees, but to be safe I recommend you just avoid hertz all together.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My flight was delayed and I was 3 hours late and they gave away my car. I am 8 months pregnant stranded. Did not receive a phone call because they "did not have my number" turned out it had two zeros in front of the number so they really didn't even try. I've been renting cars for years and had multiple flights delayed and never have I gone through such a hassle. Never again enterprise. Dan was no help either.

Rented a car for pickup at PDX expecting the same Gold level service I've always had. Unfortunately, it was the farthest from a quality customer experience. The car they provided had a broken clean & sanitized sticker seal. When I inquired about what it meant to accept a car in that condition, one of the desk associates said "don't worry about it, the car is fine." I reminded him we're in a global pandemic so he begrudgingly offered me a compact car in exchange of the midsize I had rented. I was stuck with the original car as I had 3 adults and luggage to accommodate. After we leave the underground parking garage, in the light, notice the entire back seat of grey cloth interior is stained and worn. Hertz, why did you allow this car to be rentable? Inspect your rental cars and make sure you get a quality product for your money. #hertz #disappointed #carqualitysucks.

Arrived to the location to them not having the car that we ordered online. Tried giving us a more expensive car. Then went back to the car and we're sitting till a employee banged there door into ours while we where parked. Very poor employees and location. Would not recommend this location or the cars they supposedly have.

Best place to rent a car, they didn’t had the car that i wanted but they called me after probably 5 minutes after i booked the car and they did give me another car but i was more then satisfied with the new car that they give it to me, the personal was nice to me, they did all the paperwork so fast and i spend not more than 10 min at the office. I’d recommend the Hertz car rental to everyone i know!

Forgot some personal items, going back on the next day and they said that in the car was nothing , very bad experience and not recommended at all ,customer service is down .....

I was guaranteed to have a car available at this location by a Hertz phone rep. The location did not hold my car. They don't seem to know how to hold reservations here and always blame it on computer errors with inventory.

I am disabled and live with a family member. I called on a Fri. Night to reserve a car for Sat. Morning. We take a taxi to Hertz, taxi leaves, and we begin the rental process. When its time to pay, we run into a problem. My father is renting the car in his name, but I'm paying for it on my debit card b/c my father has $0.00 in his account, however the smug Hertz employee informs us that the renters drivers license name must match the debit card name. So now im stranded at Hertz unable to rent, and the employee is rud, unhelpful, and in my biased opinion a j**** So i pay for another taxi to go to the bank, transfer funds to my father's account, and taxi back to Hertz. We go through the rental process again, and keep in mind its been 90min since i first arrived. The j*** takes our info, we pay for the car, hes about to hand us the keys, when he now says he ran a credit check on my dads debit card and did not pass, and refuses to rent us the car after all the back and forth. Now I've never heard of a credit check on a debit card before in my life, and the employee literally smiled in my face and said sorry, but i still can't rent you the car. I just rented a car through Enterprise last month, and no credit check was ever required, and now that i think of it, ive never had any credit check performed when trying to rent a car in my entire life. So i wasted almost 3 hours, 3 taxi cab fares, and the employee offered no help whatsoever. He was wearing a face mask, but it seemed like he was smiling underneath it and enjoying my misery. He also had one of those faces you just want to punch, at least thats how i felt at the time. I will never use Hertz for the rest of my life, and am determined to tell people i know this story if they are ever in the need for renting a car, and hopefully they will stay away from Hertz. People, screw Hertz, use Enterprise, Uber, or walk because Hertz is awful.
