They sold me an open box drill kit as new, no packaging inside and there was dirt and grass on the tool itself. Probably not buying power tools from Home Depot again.

I came in today and I wasn’t sure where the safety glasses were so I asked a guy that was working in
Aisle 13 and he seemed to be annoyed that I even said hello. I asked him if he knew where I could find them and he took a few seconds to respond and he said “aisle 16” and he said it in a certain tone of voice. if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on customers. I barely come to this Home Depot but this will be my last time coming in. Customers service needs better improvement

Negligence. Had to make 3 trips to the store to buy a Dewalt string trimmer. Of the 4 units they had on the floor, 3 were missing the battery and 1 was muddy and used. Finally got a good unit after my 3rd trip to the store. Complete negligence of inventory and returns management. They also refused to comp me in any way.

I had a positive experience at Home Depot, I got help with the things that I needed. The paint was ready really fast and the guys were really friendly.

Always has you need, especially if you are doing some small fixes at home you will definitely find a fix here
