Pretentious. My wife and I stopped in after driving past dozens of times to see vanity mirror options (remodeling our home). Wow, these people. While not directly rude, the air of pretentiousness is thick here. Nice showroom, but employees are barely helpful. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Customer service is bad. Also the quality of product is not top notch . Their representatives have too much attitude. Toto brand simply blows Kohler out for its quality. Toto all the way.

I needed to verify colors for my current toilets. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Paul knew a 25 year old color from the top of his head.If you need anything Kohler this is the place!!Thanks again

Fantastic Experience! My wife and I consulted with Kristin Holthouse on our bathroom remodel and we both were very impressed on how much great advice and initiative Kristin demonstrated to us! Thank you for assisting us during this process and showing us so many great possibilities that compliment our vanity faucet design that we love! We look forward to continuing to work with Kristin on our next bathroom remodel too!

Beautiful showroom. The Kohler displays were so helpful and on site product expert was very easy to work with and provided good prices.

Don't expect much support on Kohler products.They couldn't identify a rubber o-ring on a faucet that was purchased in 2019.They should really take the Kohler name offthe business.Kohler semi-professional faucet.O-ring cost about two pennies.
