Ivan and Roman at LUSTR are operating at the highest level of auto detailing. I was referred by a friend with a multimillion dollar car collection who uses them exclusively and I quickly found out why. They were incredibly patient reviewing all the options within my budget, gave me a fair price, and my tint was installed with a level of precision I didn’t think possible. Ivan and Roman did an amazing job on my 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 series. Headlights were restored and PPF was put on. In addition, old PPF film was removed from my hood and new put on. I purchased a new luxury vehicle that was being shipped to Chicago from California. Lustr handled the logistics of receiving the vehicle flawlessly. I put my total trust in Ivan and he came through perfectly. When the car arrived, Ivan did an extensive review of the paint condition and pointed out areas of concern (e.g., buffing holograms created by the selling dealer).Ivan and his brother corrected the pain imperfections and then did a full body PPF and ceramic coating on the body and wheels. They also applied window tints. The results were incredible-- beyond my expectations. The car looks great and I was very happy to deal with Ivan at Lustr. I give him my highest recommendation. Here's my finished vehicle.

Just had my Black Sapphire Metallic BMW F30 paint corrected and ceramic coated by LUSTR. Fantastic results. I have known Ivan for many years and work is always top notch. If you are in the city - worth the trip. Easy in/out via Metra - walking distance from palatine stop.

I purchased a new Bronco and wanted to get window tint, ceramic coating and most importantly PPF. For PPF I wanted to get most of it done as I plan to take it off road and am hoping to minimize paint damage. After talking to many places in the area, I decided to go with Ivan and LUSTR because of their clear passion and willingness to explain everything.I couldn't be happier with the process and results. If Ivan did not spend time showing me where the PPF seams were located, I may have wondered if PPF was even applied. Ivan and Roman spend an extreme amount of time planning and executing all of the cuts to make sure the PPF can do its job while blending seams which is a sign of true professionals. They work on exotics and true collectable cars, but I am confident they spent as much time on my Ford as they would have on a Porsche or Ferrari.Prices are somewhat higher than many others in the area, but I was willing to go with them because I felt they would spend the time to make things perfect. After seeing the results, I am confident I will go back and recommend you go with LUSTR also. Thank you, Ivan, and Roman!

I've been taking cars to LUSTR for 10 years for paint detailing, PPF application and ceramic coating and they have always done incredible work. For my new Audi SQ7, I also had them do window tinting for UV control with a very light tint that lets 88% of the light through. I can't tell that the film is there which is exactly what I was looking for. I'm anxious to reap the benefits next spring/summer in particular.Get on their schedule for your next detailing project.
