CHRIS AND JOE walked me through everything I needed to know and then Joe took me through a walk through the facility, which was amazing nice and warm. Looking forward to having my stuff here. I've had a unit at this location for the past year and stopped in recently to discuss some new monthly service fees that are being added since the ownership change. Chris was extremely helpful and informative in explaining these new charges and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even though I'm still not a fan of the new service fees that are being implemented, I wanted to make note of the excellent customer service that I received.

Guy working there threw a hissy fit about me not wearing a mask when I was trying to pay my bill. What happened to following the science? Few week later they changed their policy once the CDC changed their guidelines. No more complaints about no mask? Hmm guess the vaccines magically started working once the CDC said so. Other then that the place is fine. Nice and clean. No issues. Staff have otherwise been great, especially one guy who didnt normally work at the location and was very friendly and had a nice chat with.

We are very happy with our decision to rent a unit at Metro. The facility is the cleanest around and the customer service was excellent. Todd at Metro helped us through the process with ease. Todd was great and I highly recommend.

Joe was great helping me get my autopay working again. I had forgotten to update my account with my new card number. Thanks Joe, for helping me avoid a late fee and quickly handling this.

This place is awesome!
The facility is clean and has climate control. I have used Metro for years and advise anyone who wants a secure storage unit to use Metro.
Joe and Matt are professional and very helpful.
Never had any issues.

Joe is awesome! I didn’t realize that my autopay had a glitch and I hadn’t paid yet for the month. Joe noticed it and gave me a call a couple days before the payment was due and helped me get autopay back up and running. He saved me some money in late fees!

All the staff at Metro Self Storage in Palatine has always been very helpful, polite and professional. The building and storage area was always clean & well maintained.
