Brought my car in for a diagnostic because my engine was overheating. They told me that it was the coolant. I proceeded to spend hundreds on what they told me needed to be fixed. The very next day after picking up my car it was overheating again. I brought it back and asked them to check again because I just spent hundreds on what they told me was wrong with my vehicle. They came back with saying it was a sensor. This didn’t seem right to me. So I came to pick up my car to bring it somewhere else because now I didn’t trust them. They were very money hungry. They told me I needed spark plugs when I just replaced my spark plugs 2 weeks prior. And when I said that they said oh well never mind then. When I went to go pick up my car the technician did not even put together a diagnostic for my vehicle. So they rushed and put on together for me ironically leaving out the technicians name. Once I brought it somewhere else they told me it was the head gasket and was thousands to even fix. And this was figured out by simply doing a true diagnostic check not just plugging it into a machine and reading codes. Which could be done at autozone for free. They were trying to just get money out of me and tell me it’s this and oh now it’s that. The place that actually told me the truth and what was wrong with my car said that it was definitely not the sensors to my car and that was work that had no reason being done. So instead of simply telling me the truth and doing a true diagnostic check they took hundreds of dollars from me compared to if I knew it was the head gasket I would have never done any fixing and just sold my vehicle. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and the technicians were extremely lazy and disrespectful.
