Ants, over 100 ants on table and table next to bed. Got in about 10 pm and saw only a few on table. Woke up with many crawling on my medical device next to my bed. Do not recommend.

too loud outside to sleep. dealership alarm next door goes off every night after 10pm-6am every other 20 minutes. it's been 4 nights in a row now, seems like it'll be a permanent thing.

Bedbugs everywhere I saw bedbug eggs And customer service was really bad and I got the goosebumps and everybody was really mean I got the goosebumps because I swear I saw a ghost and it was knocking everything over and opening my door at night I accidentally left a $10 bill on the desk and when I came back to my room, I saw nothing. Somebody must’ve stole my money.

Great place. Staff are very friendly. Can get a bit noisy but I don't expect people to be completely silent either. Nice location with plenty of stuff to go to. Good selection of restaurants. It's essentially a safer version of Schaumburg without the fear of being ran over. I've stayed here before and I've never had any issues with anyone.

An absolute joke of a place. I get called childish for saying it's frustrating 2 days in a row im unable to get in my room? They give me a new card that still don't work so with an injured back and leg i hobble back and they call me childish. Found open liquor under the bed and what looked looked like a shit stain on the fresh sheets. NEVER AGAIN.

We had 4 rooms and 1 we had two dogs. They put the room with dogs near the door on first floor. All slept well and plenty of restaurants and gas and even one of our party needed an oil change and there was a jiffy lube just down the road.

Do not stay here you will regret it. It is so dirty disgusting and depressing looking. The location is horrible. The whole place is just awful. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the front desk is absolutely awful. Very Poor management I would’ve given it all zero stars if he gave me the option I wouldn’t give it one star in any category. It’s a real dirty place!

Whatever you do don't stop here... this place honestly looks and smells like a prison the entire Hotel stinks of cigarettes and marijuana.
This place is absolute garbage.
