I came in for a brow wax. I gave the woman a picture of a thick naturally shaped brows, and she just completely ignored it and gave me thin brows that she probably gives to everyone.

Do not go here. Been waiting over a year for this place to reimburse my daughter for the horrible service I booked 5 pedicures, 3 adults 2 children. I couldn't comprehend why my 11 yr grand daughter's pedi was done in 5 mins and then was charged $35.
I didn't know this until I asked my daughter what they charged her. I called and complained and they said the owner wasn't there. When the owner called me back, she said oh sorry we overbooked. That's not my problem that's yours but you don't charge $35 to paint toes on little feet.
If we don't get reimbursed I will be posting this on Social Media to let everyone know what a horrible business this is.

It was my first time going and it exceeded all my expectations! I got a mani/pedi (very reasonably and competitively priced), and the staff was friendly and efficient while still providing quality service. Would highly recommend!

Have been coming to Envy for 5 years. First pedicure under new management was horrible. I started getting nervous when I saw the technician painting the women next to me and it looked sloppy. I tried to keep an open mind but when she got to me it was worse. When she finished one foot I asked her to redo it (I never have asked this before) she did redo the polish but it looked worse than the first time. It was sloppy and one toe had a bubble in the polish. I was so disappointed but I did not have the time to have it redone again. Hannah did offer me a free pedicure if I came in the next week but I never went back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! This place is now under new management and they are very rude. Hannah was extremely rude to us and we were shocked. We have been loyal customers for 15 years but we're now looking for somewhere else in Palatine to frequent and take our business to. Additionally, the quality of their work was terrible, they don't know how to do a proper manicure or pedicure, polish with no chip actually started chipping in 2 days. We now know a number of clients that are going elsewhere because of the bad customer service and poor quality of service. Stay away, there are many other far better nail salons in Palatine. Also. Hannah should be fired, she's rude and disrespectful to customers.

Such a cute little salon! Me n my mom went there together to get our pedicures done. We asked for french tip n they did it so cute! The staff were really sweet n friendly as well n does a nice job!
