Had trouble finding the right paint color, and unfortunately my first attempt today didn't turn out as expected. I called the store, and they encouraged me to come back so they could adjust the color by adding more pigmentation.
Dustin went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. He took the time to compare and understand what I am looking for, made the necessary adjustments, and helped me achieve the perfect color I was looking for. My only complaint, which is related to Sherwin Williams & not this particular location is that they don’t have a smaller sample paint size. I’ve spent a lot of money so far on samples as I am painting my whole house at the moment.”
