What is wrong with your Wintrust website? I am trying to open an account online. I live half a mile from the Wintrust on Dundee road. Your website keeps telling me my local bank is Barrington. I live in Palatine and want to bank in Palatine. I don’t want to drive eight miles away. Fix your website!! I even tried typing in the Palatine Bank address 988 E Dundee Rd, Palatine, IL 60074 and it still tells me to go to Barrington!

So glad they opened this location in Palatine! So convenient, and all staff from bankers to tellers are professionals and well trained !

It's a fairly new bank.The people that work there haven't been trained to deal with customers. We had a problem there. We asked for the manager.Never came to find out what happened.Plenty of other banks around.U had ur chance to help me.Instead u had to aggravate me. If ur the manager,u where too busy to come out and help.
