First time at Physicians Immediate Care and highly recommend. Doctor took the time to listen to my symptoms and was compassionate. Following doctors instructions and I am now feeling better. It’s so hard to find a good doctor these days and I will most likely use them again when I am under the weather.

I went here in December was told my copay was $128. I told receptionist that my copay was $25, she said I wouldn’t be seen unless I paid $128. I paid the $128, the PA was great. Trying to get my $103 overpayment back, not so easy. Went to office in Palatine, they were nice and tried to find the check from my insurance. Had to be over 2 weeks of unopened mail. They gave me billing department phone number. Recording said someone will be with you within 5 min; 28 minutes later. I asked for number for corporate office but instead was given OM Support which was not answered. I googled corporate office and called; no one answers that phone either.Not a business that understands how to do business. So disappointing.

2 hours to get stitches in while there was only one other person there and I could hear the staff's casual, unrelated conversation through the door was not the best experience. neither was showing up 15 minutes after they claimed to be open and being greeted by a locked door and lights off. the stitches procedure went well so I can't be too harsh though the overall experience could have been much smoother

My boyfriend had an appointment at 5:40pm and walked in at 5:35pm. He wasn’t seen until 6:35pm and was made to wait even longer in the room when they finally took him back. He didn’t get released until 10 min before they closed at 8pm. Ridiculous.

Dr. Soorya was very polite, professional,he answered all my questions and took his time to explain things to me. Front desk and medical assistant were also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience!

Most unorganized medical facility I've experienced in my 58 years.A new employer sent a form to the Palatine location fir new employee screening. Scheduled.. they called and said I had to reschedule because no one is there after 2pm for that service. While they were confirming the info. They couldn't find the form from the employer. After 15 minutes, they said they'd have to call me back. Called 5 minutes later that they found it. I registered online and uploaded my id. I came in the following Monday, they couldn't find the form again. I was here ar 10:24 for a 10:25, and they couldn't find it until 10:42. Then they couldn't find my ID. It is now 10:54 and I am finally all checked in.

Had an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes and then the PA took me to a room snd took my vitals. Shortly afterwards the doctor came in and we talked and he checked me out and gave me a prescription for cough medicine and steroids

Our son split his head open.They were busy but still managed to attend to him right away.Doctors and nurse were good with him. Being young he was scared but they did a good job and handled him well.

I made an appointment, and when I walked in the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and talked to me in a condescending tone. She told me it’s over an hour and 1/2 wait. What is the point of an appointment if it’s first come first serve basis. I had called earlier and asked if there was a wait, and was told if I made an appointment, that I would be seen at that time. I walked out.

I recently used Physicians Immediate Care for a suspected ear infection. I walked in about 1:00 without an appointment and was seen within the hour (there are appointments available though). The PA was great, as was the nurse. The nurse, Kristen I think? (or Kristina?) was AMAZING. She made me very comfortable and was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back when needed.

I went here earlier this afternoon to be seen, showed up over an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment and the check in and registration process was fairly easy- mainly because I did it all online myself.I walked in and there was no one at the front desk for at least 20-30 minutes. Once I was able to be seen I felt like the staff there were not very friendly and just wanted to get people in and out. The PA that saw me had a very cold bedside manner, gave a VERY BRIEF physical assessment, was very dismissive of our questions and concerns. This was not a very good experience at all and the nurse was too eager to have us leave immediately after being seen. Not to mention the fact that neither of them knocked coming in and out of our room. The PA walked in and didn’t perform hand hygiene as she already had gloves on. We will not be coming back to this place, and I am without a doubt seeking a second opinion. I just wish I didn’t waste an afternoon here for the experience I had.
