I don’t know what other store dose this to there employees and customers that once you step in there at 7 close to 8 you can feel the temperature going up i don’t know what they doing but it gets hot in there it’s already hot outside and then going to a hot store where it should be a great experience not this time I wasn’t happy with customer service YALL SHOULD FIX IT BEFORE SOMEBODY PASSES OUT IN YOUR STORE

They have 6 registers in a store only one or two are working, long lines always the workers are slow and don’t care.

Bought some JBL headphones, when I got home the box was empty. Called and spoke to a manager named Jessica, very rude and refused to help. Poorly run store, and very bad management.

I just have a word of advice, if the hours on the door state the store is open until 9pm, your store should not close before that time. Arrived last night 5 minutes before the store closed to grab an Amazon package out of the locker and the doors were already locked to enter the store and the employees refused to allow me to grab my package or they could have even grabbed it and handed it to me. I’m rating the store a 3 because I’m not going to tarnish the whole store’s reputation over a couple employees.
