They use to have best customer service. Now it’s one person at multiple locations. Can never talk to someone at the actual location.

This is a beautiful storage facility, but impossible to set up an account, no reset tab to reset password- no idea how to create an account to do this online Improvement needed for online payments

The facility location, cleanliness, lighting, and payment method were all 5-star. However, the pricing structure and constant price increases penalize customers who chose to stay versus jumping back and forth from competing facilities. If I can book the same size unit, literally next to my current unit for half the price, there's something wrong with the pricing. I was able to book the same size unit in a competing facility for less than 1/3 the rent I was paying. even with some increases within the first year, it'll still be less than half, maybe even close to the third of the rent. The pricing structure penalizes loyal customers who chose to stick around until folks like me feel we are getting screwed and end up moving. If Safeguard offered some renewal discount to offset annual increases, I wouldn't have moved. Absent that, I feel I was being taken advantage of for my loyalty. Fix this unfair treatment of loyalty and I would move back sooner than later.

Very good customer service, a lock and key was included. They refunded for the amount of time I was not there without me even asking. I would definitely rent storage from them again. Best in the neighborhood!
