Had a fantastic experience at this Sherwin-Williams location! I called to place a large order, and despite only giving them 15 minutes, everything was ready when I arrived. The store manager was incredibly helpful, even loading my order into my car—such a stark contrast to the disaster at the Arlington Heights location.

Worst costumer service of all Sherwin Williams stores I have ever been to. I gave my phone number to buy again the last 3 paints in account. The woman wrote things on the paper to then enter them on the computer, including the phone number. There is only one account, and she took 30 minutes to " find" the paints I needed, as I stood there watching 2 other costumes with the same request getting in and being checked out by the other associate. She finally finds the paint, mixes the color, and gives it to me, $242. Getting home, I notice that she mixed the color on the ceiling paint, and the premium wall paint was white. The opposite of what she needed to do. We call the manager and before accepting us to return and get the right one, he mentions they don't accept color back, like it's out fault his employee doesn't know what's she is doing. We are the ones paying a premium for paint and wasting one hour of hour time for it, he should at least have apologized and made sure to correct their mistake without giving us attitude. I'll make sure never to go to this store again.

First off the employees at the store were super nice and helpful. I know nothing really about quality of paint. Jim was super helpful and answered my questions. Overall great experience!

James is the best! I had a painting project where I needed 3 different colors of paint that totaled up to 12 gallons total. On top of that, I needed a very specific color match done for two of the three colors and he was able to mix and match them almost down to the tee. Given color matches are never truly exact, the results James was able to generate for me were spectacular and they left my customer thrilled. James thank you so much for your assistance, your expertise saved our project, and my teams looks forwards to working in collaboration with you on future projects.
