I’ll delete this review as soon as this issue is handled. I’ve signed a legal document to move across the country and they’re saying my apartment will no longer be available just a couple weeks before my move in. My lawyer and I will be taking legal action if I’m not able to move in to that apartment on that date. I can’t even get through to anyone since your new calling system drops all calls so I’m forced to contact you this way.

They have towed my car for not giving me the sticker on time because they don't have it, I had the blue paper that they gave me and in the same way they have towed my car... the attention is the office is terrible!

Been living here for three years. My car got towed twice, I have the resident sticker, car is registered with the office. I even pay extra per month to park at the car port. They say I have to have an extra paper hanging from my rearview mirror. Car got towed again it's Dec. 23, 2024. So you can pay, register car and still get towed living in this apartment complex. think about that before deciding to live here. There are no warning stickers from tow company, they just straight up tow your registered car with resident sticker. What type of management would let a towing company do this to their residents. It's like they don't want you to live here.
Very disappointed with management here.

We moved into these apartments for many reasons but specifically because on the website it states ongoing property surveillance. After a few months of living here, we noticed that that’s not the case at all. In fact, there is no security monitoring in any building. Packages are consistently lost or stolen. Us residents get a messy room for our packages with a camera that they said “doesn’t really help much because we can only see big packages..” I think it’s safe to say that this is misleading and false advertising on Claysons part. It’s a nice apartment complex, but please be aware. There is no security and management needs to be held accountable. If the website states ongoing property surveillance, and there are numerous thefts. It is negligence on the apartment management.

I Can't fathom this enough but save your time, money and patience and move onto the next apartment. This place only cares about money and fake appearances. You can no longer do split payments on rent so if you don't have a joint account with your roommate(s) good luck! They will tow your car with stickers plates and everything up to date for no reason without so much of a curtsy call. maintenance will look at your problems and tell you they are not "broken" enough to be fixed even though Bathroom wont flush, and AC doesn't work in bedroom :) They almost never answer their phones at the desk making you have to travel there, and once you get to the office you are met with a customer service agent that doesn't seem to want to help you at all and just says "it comes from cooperate there's nothing we can do" Horrible horrible property and I've been renting and dealing with different property managers for over 9 years and 5 different property managers.

Great place but a little tow happy. Just pay the reserved parking to park in front of your building. It may be luxury but you won't regret it. I love how this complex will work with most credit scores and not treat you like you're all poor and a bum , as long as you have the money for the recurring fees and you're a good tenant no worries.

Be careful when you sign the lease. Ask if they are gonna charge you extra money when you finish the lease, read when your lease is done, make them put your last day on the 31 of whatever the month is. In my case for 7 extra days they ask me for 578.47 dollars, FOR 7 DAYS!!!!!!! This was my first time moving out of my parents home, I didn’t know this people play this games.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! All the positive reviews are fake or employes. Been renting here for 15 months paying $1700 for a ONE bedroom apartment with no air conditioning in the bedroom! They overcharge you so much for a unit that’s so cheap looking and overpriced. It gets so hot in the summer inside your unit with no air conditioning in the bedroom only the living room has it . Good luck having anyone ever come visit you without getting towed. Your only aloud 10 passes for overnight visitors . This is so sad that this is what they do . They are so money hungry they will come up with any fees to overcharge you . Like they made up charging me extra $21 because I live on the first floor .like this has to be a joke . And most of all goodluck ever finding a parking spot. There is not enough parking spots for everyone you will have to park so far and walk to your apartment because they are now pimping out parking spaces as they are selling the free parking spaces for $55 / a month . This place is trash and not a place to ever call your home and this is what they intentionally do to people .

I've been living here for a year, the worst experience of my life, my apartment has a lot of cockroaches that come from outside, because there is no cleaning in the place, I hate living with cockroaches 🪳

I've been living here for 2 years, paying almost $2500 in rent for apartment 208, and I'm living with cockroaches 🪳 🪳 There are so many cockroaches and it's horrible, they come from outside and the hallway is very dirty, children drop food and sweets and there's no cleaning, the laundry room is always busy because people don't pick up their clothes, teenagers ride their motorcycles late at night making a lot of noise and there are only 2 air conditioners, the fan in the bedroom was delivered broken, it doesn't work, it's been two years now, I'm very sad and disappointed to live here, the worst thing for me is the cockroaches 🪳 I'm terrified of that, I won't renew my contract with this place, the worst experience I've ever had
