The Gates of Deer Grove Apartment Homes is considered one of the best apartment homes in Palatine. The property is quiet and clean, with a great neighborhood and great neighbors. The on-site staff is very professional, friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with excellent communication. The office is amazing and always courteous. Maintenance is quick and timely, with the best maintenance guys ever. The community is super pet-friendly and the property is nice for walking, featuring a pond. It is a place that actually feels like a home.
Not a bad place, good location and helpful employees, clean and appears well kept. Be prepared to pay for everything even a$5 parking lot fee...really? I will not be going there but you may like it. Just Saying.

The on site staff here is very professional. Flor takes care of all your administrative needs regarding the apartment. Maintenance staff is very quick to requests and gets them done in a timely manner. Communication from tenant to apartment management is very good.

This is an amazing place to live its quiet and clean and most of all the office is amazing Sharon and Flor are professional and always willing to help and they always communicate with you. I highly recommend living in this area and call The Gates of Deer Grove home.
