“My girlfriend and I went in to get tires installed on her truck. Chris and his team did an excellent job at getting the car in and having out in a reasonable time. They did a great job at servicing it and explaining any issues about the car. We were also able to get an alignment done without any trouble. I highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond for their customers.”
“My low tire indicator was on after leaving church today (Sunday). I was praying what to do since most places are closed on a Sunday. I decided to go down Rand Rd in Palatine instead of getting on the highway. All of a sudden I saw an open sign on the Duke of Oil. I drove in and they were so helpful and kind in my distress. They were a gift from God to me. At least 4 young men who were wonderful and would take nothing for their service. I would highly recommend this Duke of Oil!”

“I had a strut fail turning a corner nearby this Firestone. I also received worrying personal news while that occurred. Not knowing where to go on a Sunday, I called this Firestone to have the extent of the damage looked at. While unfortunately we confirmed the strut had failed, I was BLOWN AWAY by the kind and professional staff here. The manager, Daniel, was able to help speed up the review process with my personal news considered. He and the tech, Johnny, walked me through the whole thing and helped answer all my questions (I had a ton as this strut was replaced a year prior to now and needed to have all the info I could to bring it back to the original shop so they can replace for a discounted fee *that is the ONLY reason I didn’t get work done here today). Thank you, Daniel and Johnny. You are amazing at your job, but more so at being positive and patient when someone was having an unexpectedly horrible day. I couldn’t recommend this Firestone more if you are looking for honest and transparent work done by a staff who actually give a crap about your safety and security. THANK YOU!”

“Fixed my tire. I Had a flat tire on my car and ended up driving it to this store. There is not any gas stations to fix them any more. It's nice to go to Walmart because there is so many of them near by where ever you are. As I waited they fixed the tire. wait 60 minutes. Overall a good experience”
