“After moving away from this area my partner and I have such a hard time finding honest reliable and affordable work for our vehicles. I miss coming here that i’m leaving this review!!!! All these other shops now a days want to charge a lot for labor and do shady work. NOT this location!!!

They did a great job at servicing it and explaining any issues about the car. We were also able to get an alignment done without any trouble. I highly recommend this place. “My low tire indicator was on after leaving church today (Sunday). I was praying what to do since most places are closed on a Sunday. I decided to go down Rand Rd in Palatine instead of getting on the highway. All of a sudden I saw an open sign on the Duke of Oil. I drove in and they were so helpful and kind in my distress. They were a gift from God to me. At least 4 young men who were wonderful and would take nothing for their service. I would highly recommend this Duke of Oil!”

“I’ve been here a couple of times now and have always been treated well with fair pricing. This visit was for mounting and balancing tires I already had. I was in and out quickly and saved about $80 compared to other shops I called nearby.
The first time I came in was just for a tire rotation. They quoted me a fair price, but when the job was done they told me it was on the house and said to come back when I needed something else. That’s honestly why I came back.”

“Despite several bad reviews, I received very good service. I took my vehicle to have all four tires replaced (Lexani brand). The service was done with great care and attention by technicians Norlan and Richard. Considering the cost/benefit ratio, I believe I made an excellent choice. The car is completely different with new tires. It's a shame they don't do wheel alignment.”
