“After moving away from this area my partner and I have such a hard time finding honest reliable and affordable work for our vehicles. I miss coming here that i’m leaving this review!!!! All these other shops now a days want to charge a lot for labor and do shady work. NOT this location!!!

“I had a great experience at Mavis getting four Mavis-branded tires installed along with an alignment. Melissa, the manager, checked on me and made sure everything was up to par. Mike, the ASM, helped me find the right tires and made the process easy. Gerard, the tech, was quick and precise with both the tire installation and the alignment. The service was professional, efficient, and handled with care from start to finish. I’m happy with the tires and the way the car drives after the alignment. Definitely appreciate the team at Mavis.”
“My low tire indicator was on after leaving church today (Sunday). I was praying what to do since most places are closed on a Sunday. I decided to go down Rand Rd in Palatine instead of getting on the highway. All of a sudden I saw an open sign on the Duke of Oil. I drove in and they were so helpful and kind in my distress. They were a gift from God to me. At least 4 young men who were wonderful and would take nothing for their service. I would highly recommend this Duke of Oil!”

“Despite several bad reviews, I received very good service. I took my vehicle to have all four tires replaced (Lexani brand). The service was done with great care and attention by technicians Norlan and Richard. Considering the cost/benefit ratio, I believe I made an excellent choice. The car is completely different with new tires. It's a shame they don't do wheel alignment.”
