“Chris provided outstanding service and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain options for repairing my catalytic converter, including both new and high-quality aftermarket solutions that suited my budget and specific needs. I appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. The work was completed on schedule, and Chris remained available to answer questions even after the job was done. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is both trustworthy and reliable, and I will certainly return for future service. Highly recommended!!!!”

“AutoKrafters are the best. Came in needing a new back bumper had an accident. They ordered the part. Had it done in 1 1/2 days. The price was so reasonable. The other place to get an estimate was done was way over priced. Went to pick up the car i didn't think it was mine. It looked brand new and they detailed it. I was so impressed. I would highly recommend AutoKrafters. The people there were so friendly and professionals.”

“We could not be happier with our experience at Auto Collision Rebuilders! From beginning to end, their service was truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, and they kept us updated every step of the way. One of the things we appreciated most was how they handled the communication with our insurance company for us. Insurance can be such a stressful and time-consuming part of having a vehicle repaired, so having their team take care of that process made everything so much easier and gave us one less thing to worry about. Our vehicle needed the hood replaced, and when we picked it up, it honestly looked brand new. The repair work was beautiful, and the attention to detail went far beyond what we expected. The car was detailed and spotless, and they even placed protective plastic and paper mats inside to make sure our interior and floor mats stayed clean. Those small touches really showed how much care they put into their work and their customers’ vehicles. They made the entire process incredibly smooth, got us in and out without any hassle, and even had our vehicle finished a full day earlier than expected! It is rare to find a business that combines excellent workmanship with such great customer service and communication. Thank you to the entire Auto Collision Rebuilders team for taking such great care of us and our vehicle. We truly appreciate everything you did and would absolutely recommend you to anyone needing collision repair. You made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely effortless!”

“I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette convertible from Albo Auto Sales. At first I was reluctant because it had a salvage title; however, it was explained to me that banks often total cars that have minimal damage but are deemed too expensive to repair. After some research I discovered that was exactly the case. These “totaled” cars are sold at a steep discount at auction. I believe Albo purchases these mildly damaged cars and reconditions them. In my case, I got the car I wanted for a very reasonable price. This seems to be a win win situation to me. Of course, it depends on Albo providing reliable and nicely reconditioned cars, which I believe they do. Dealing with Albo was easy and communication was excellent. Shout out to Leo for a very pleasant buying experience.”

“I like going to NW Oilers because they are an oil change place with good character. They are a quick oil change without the up selling that is outrageous. Yes. You can spend a lot but they tell you the options and you can pick. They took care of a troublesome under car plate that now has access for the oil change to occur more easily. Problem solvers, honest and kind quick oil change with integrity.”

“Had my bumper ordered and painted 3-4 months ago. Its been sitting at my parents for soo long because I had to redo my entire front end+struts all around. To keep it all about the bumper, and sideview mirror(which was also damaged), I'm extremely satisfied with the services provided. I was hesitant to go local, but they made me feel like anything could be done here. Should I need any repairs/paint done, will certainly come back.”

“I can’t say enough great things about CMI Mechanix! I recently took my mom’s 2008 Honda CR-V in because the heat wasn’t working. After calling around to other places, I was told I needed to buy some ridiculously expensive parts, but CMI Mechanix quickly identified the real issue: the AC/Heater Blend Door Actuator. They replaced it at a very reasonable cost. In addition to fixing the heat, they checked the entire heating system, inflated the tires, inspected the fluids, and even helped with the radio code. They also reconditioned the headlights, making them look brand new. The staff was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair, transparent, and communication was excellent. As a woman, I often feel like I’m being taken advantage of at repair shops, but not here! I’m so relieved to have found a trustworthy place for car repairs. I highly recommend CMI Mechanix to anyone in need of honest and reliable service!”

“These guys are the best! Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, quality work on a timely basis and at reasonable prices! I highly recommend using Spring Align for all suspension needs. Thanks to the entire team at Spring Align for a job well done. I guarantee I will be back for all future suspension needs. Bill Collopy”

“It's very hard these days to find a reputable auto repair shop that you can trust. Affordable / Midwest Cadillac repair is a shop you can trust. My experience is if you want your Northstar Cadillac repaired correctly then go see Joe. I've been going there for years, and not once have I not been satisfied with the repair. You bring your Northstar in for one repair, and Joe also knows where to look for other problem areas, and will tell you that these areas need attention too. If Joe wasn't around there would be a lot more Cadillac Northstars in the junk yard. Thanks Joe!”

“My low tire indicator was on after leaving church today (Sunday). I was praying what to do since most places are closed on a Sunday. I decided to go down Rand Rd in Palatine instead of getting on the highway. All of a sudden I saw an open sign on the Duke of Oil. I drove in and they were so helpful and kind in my distress. They were a gift from God to me. At least 4 young men who were wonderful and would take nothing for their service. I would highly recommend this Duke of Oil!”
