“Eds Automotive is a great place to bring your car for repairs and the owner is great, but when ED is not around the customer service can be lacking. They do a great job at fixing automobiles and were more customer oriented in the past but since COVID that has changed, so if you are patient you will get your car fixed with great quality but yes expect subpar customer service. I still will bring my car here, but it is a bit disappointing that they are not as helpful as they use to be when it comes to the customer. That is why I cannot give 5 stars.”

The owner, Alex, is SUPER ohnest, will suggest You what to do, or how he would have done it. He will give you a bunch of options to choose from... Anyway, just give it a try, and you will find for yourself....if you don't have a mechanic yet, don't waste your time - go here. If you already have a mechanic, consider to double check, cause the health of your car, is just like your own health, it has to be in the right hands. However, if you don't have a mechanic yet, you can choose any shop, go there for diagnostics ....and than go to CTO and compare........i assure you....you will change your mechanic's address on the fridge once and forever!”

“Small shop but they are very conscientious and do good work at fair rates.I was noticing a grinding sound during warmup on my brakes. Didn't know what it was but figured maybe a brake job was needed. That wasn't it -- they ground down the rotors and calipers. The noise came back soon afterward, so I took it in. Ira said the parts were under the 1 year warranty from a major job they'd done last year, so I got all new brakes all around at no charge. Nice surprise, and the noise is gone. I couldn't be happier.”
