The dispatcher was courteous and they showed up in under 30 minutes. Our tow truck driver Ronald B. was extremely knowledgeable and as nice as could be. He explained how he was trying to get my sons car out of the culvert sunk in 8 inches of mud and water and with his ingenuity it slid right out perfectly. Id recommend this company to anyone, anytime at a fair rate. Gentlemen, y'all earned these 5 stars tonight at 3:00 am!!!

Arrived super quick, much faster than 5 other companies nearby I called. Except be warned that they will give you a quote over the phone, but they NEVER mentioned all the HIDDEN FEES. Therefore, took some stars away.

My car broke down and they towed me to my mechanic within a half hour and drove me home after. Driver Louis was wonderful. He took care of my car like it was his own. Highly recommend.

John and his crew are awesome! We use them regularly for the business I work at, and they are great. Always prompt. Always careful. Very timely. They have every truck available to tow whatever you need to tow. Highly recommend Towne Towing for anyone's towing needs.

if I could give 10 stars I would, we had a bad experience with another towing company and after hours decided to call this place - so glad we did! We were stuck on side of highway during the middle of the night and the person over the phone was so helpful in trying to locate us, the tow driver came so quickly and was incredibly sweet to talk to! They had very reasonable prices. They have towed my vehicles twice for a reasonable price. First time I was stuck in a ditch, it has just snowed and they came within an hour ! People were teling me they couldnt come out for 2-3 hours!The second time was for a car that had an engine blown out and we had made an appointment to get it towed. He was on time and very communicative. He delivered it in a narrow alley in city of Chicago and even helped me push it into my garage. Honest people, you can trust your vehicles with them. Both cars towed were BMW 335i.
