Everyone is very helpful. U-haul needs to adjust their policies a bit to help their rental agents be the best. I give Ed and crew 5 but U-haul 1/2 star for stupid policies

The owner runs his auto and truck service while doing the Uhaul on the side. Definitely worth going here over any other big U-Haul dealership. Great experience overall, very friendly.
