Great place with good customer service. It is tough to find plumbing supply places that sell the professional grade items to "general consumers" but Ultimate steps up and advices and sells anything you need. Pricing is great and the brands they carry are way better than what you find at Home Depot or the like. Definitely will use them again.

Mike at the ACE Hardware store in Barrington recommended that I go to this store for help. I met Andy and he took time to listen to my concern about the bidet seat and connection. I happen to bring the book along and after looking through it concluded that I had everything I needed. He showed me how it worked.If I ever need shower heads, etc I will buy from his company because they do not sell shower heads with plastic parts inside.Thanks for your time Andy!

When I need ANYTHING for a plumbing job, I don’t even bother calling Ultimate to make sure they have it, I just head straight over there because they have EVERYTHING! More than supply though, it’s their service. Andy, Anthony and the rest of the guys are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If your a plumbing contractor, or do it yourselfer, I would use only Ultimate Plumbing Supply. Their service and pricing just isn’t comparable to anyone in the area.

I first visited Ultimate Plumbing Supply almost 10 years ago to purchase a check-valve. I am not a plumber and 10 years ago I did not know much about the trade. After making my purchase, I casually asked Andy about a sump-pump. That's is when i learnt much about this supply store and Andy's honest, friendly way about doing business. It is that style when you go to a certain place not because it is the cheapest but because you like the folks out there!!!
