I visited this location on August 16 and came across the rudest customer service person in my life. He identified himself as Jeff the manager. I hope someone at UPS reads these reviews and has a serious conversation on how customers should be treated. He does not belong in the customer service branch and is definitely not a manager material. Left the store and won't be visiting that location again.

THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST 'PROFICIENT', EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONALLY BASED UPS LOCATION IN ALL OF ILLINOIS!!! Delivery from location was delayed inexplicably multiple times. When attempted to pick up at store, they maintained it was out on truck for delivery. Package was never delivered.

Notary warning, NOT all employees can notarize like their recording says. Thankfully I called to confirm because I did not believe this and at least the person answering the phone confirmed the notary left an hour before store closing. Hopefully they will update their message to avoid upset customers due to misinformation. Otherwise I have not visited the store yet so cannot comment on general customer service, but at least they answered the phone and confirmed my question.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. I regularly recycle my nespresso pods and occasionally have an online shopping item to return. They always greet with you with a smile and process items efficiently. I appreciate their kindness.

Had to tape my box. Asked the guy at counter if we could use his tape. Instead told us to buy tape. Had to go home to get tape. Will be letting corporate know about this lack of customer service.

I came here a few days ago to make a return and fax some important papers, Brian helped me and was very nice and pleasant. Great customer service! This is my go to UPS location from now on.

This place seems to be busy during lunch hours. Stopped at this place around noon , second in line shortly after there was a line of 10 people behind me. The place is conveniently located on shopping plaza with somewhat good free parking. Inside only one person working during the busy time but thankfully they do have sell checkout station where if you just want to get receipt then you can scan your package and get out of there . I did not buy anything and my package w as sealed so not sure what the prices are . My visit was in and out . The only negative was wish there was one extra person working during lunch hours.

This is simply one of the worst oops places. When I made a return the employee saw the damage in front of me, but still stuck a sticker on my package. In the end, it came back to me again because the label came off! When I went back to make a second attempt, I had another package added to the return and I returned two packages together. Now, two weeks later, the seller I returned the goods to wrote to me that I had sent them a product that they did not sell me! And all because the idiot who works at this oops mixed up the stickers and stuck them wrong! How is that possible??? Because of you, I can no longer make a return because the deadline has passed!!! I don't know how such irresponsible people can be hired. I will never use the ups service again.

The best UPS Store in the entire area! This location really goes above & beyond with quick, helpful service and if you’re sending something fragile or complicated, Brian also has trustworthy shipping and packing advice!
