Never had a problem before taking out quarters to wash clothes. I went in today and this asian employee couldn't be bothered. She looked me up and down with a demeaning glance after I told her I wanted quarters as if she couldn't be bothered, didn't say anything to me after very unprofessional.

It is atreat to visit this branch. On-Line banking does allow for fewer personal visits then before. People who contine to pay regular bills by check or in person really are old fashioned and keep "missing the boat." I am 91 Y/O and pretty good at saving time and $ by staying modern.?

On February 10, I wanted to get access from the unsecured line of credit. Rachel explained to me over the phone that I needed to do in person. I went to the Palatine, IL to get a cashier check. Although it took half an hour, she had to call someone to get the funds released. She updated my contact information and my password. I was her number one priority even though she had two customers waiting for her before I came in. She even opened the door for me for I'm in a wheel chair. She was kind, articulate, and down to earth. Out of the $175,000 HEL in 2018 and $271,000 HEL in 2024, the excellence in service, the expediency in the process, and the flawless in execution still holds true as the day we met in 2018.

Very bad experience. I applied for a business start up loan. Us Bank requested every bit of information except a blood sample and after months of gathering whatever they need US Bank still declined. I supplied all the same information to Wintrust Barrington and they approved quickly with no problem. Wintrust knows a good business plan and business finance. US Bank does not. We will be moving all our accounts to Wintrust.I see that someone named Kim responded. In my experience respected banks use the same or similar criteria. My point is that Wintrust understands the needs of small businesses and US Bank does not. If you are a business owner go elsewhere but if you are an individual who keeps very little money in all your accounts then possibly US Bank is right for you. Even then I'm sure you will do better somewhere else.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my dad as he has had a horrible experience with this bank and I'm having him cancel all his relationship. It's very sad as he no does not speak English very well and I think he's being dismissed because of this.I agree with some of these reviewers, this branch is definitely not transparent and does not care for their clients in trying to go above and beyond in doing the right thing for them via products, transparent explanations (terms, conditions, etc. ). My dad has been a loyal customer since he refinanced his home and until he paid off his home. He opened a checking account plus a credit card. It's been years and literally until I noticed we started getting wrong emails intended for another customer. I had to go in and take a day off to complain and figure out what in the world was going on with my dad's account and basically reset his profile for a bank/ entry error.Thankfully, Carlos a Spanish speaking banker was there and went above and beyond by looking into the account settings and alerting us of various issues with the account settings which my dad had no awareness of being under (he had no access to his online account because of an issue of someone using an incorrect email, blocking his log in use as well as via phone, no paper statements for his awareness of various fees (due to being in the incorrect account category), and on top of it all if he wants statements he gets charged a fee. Unbelievable fee sharks.This was about a month ago. He just went back to the bank a couple of times and received horrible dismissive service whenever Carlos is not present.Absolutely sad and I'm helping him close all his accounts with USBank, just as my innocent dad was thinking of transferring his Chase relationship with investments, main checking account, etc. I honestly feel like my dad looks humble and they judge and dismiss based on his appearance and language barrier. What a horrible mistake. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and a high level of customer service, and doing what's best for their clients.

Marilou Zaplan and this branch are absolutely AMAZING! Very friendly office, you often hear laughter throughout. Tellers are super nice to their clients. They give me clear advice with credit cards, rewards, and other options. What a great location!

I love USBank. Ive been with USBank over 15 years! I was set to close on my loan. My national rep at USBank that was handling everything said I was cleared to close. I showed up and after meeting me in person the manager of the bank told me there were issues and we could not close. I complied and said ok no problem I will call my rep at USBank national and clear it and come back to close. After I left the bank. The Manager Closed my entire application without my consent and without any reason. I called the national rep. He was furious didnt know what happened and now I had to restart entire process that takes weeks to do. We got cleared to close again but This delay cost my business over 100,000 dollars and now Im at a higher interest rate due to later opening. This manager should be fired for their incompetence and what they did to me.

I wish i could give less than 1 star. I came here to open a Checking account. I was told i need an appointment and next day i come here with an appointment and still i have to wait to 20 minutes to get any service.

Had to take time to call out and warn others on using services of this bank. They are not transparent in terms of new offers to bait you in as customer then getting you with the fine print when it comes to giving offer rewards especially when they were the ones setting you up as new customer and should have done it right per the offer terms. Never trust such people specially for things as important as banking needs

Terrible one. Asked for the manager, never get her. Manager there from 9 to 4 and basically you need to have day off in order to see her and suddenly she is not available! US Bank put hold to all my accounts so I cannot even pay my cc online! And only manager can release the hold but some unprofessional lady said that I have to contact branch where I opened that account but I don’t even know if it’s still open! I would put negative 10 stars for particularly this branch and US Bank in common! Don’t do business with them EVER!
