Service is terrible. Ordered a key replacement and waited for one month (they said someone will call me). No one called me. No email or text notification. Went there to check it. Then turns out the key is ready a few weeks ago. Can’t access the mailbox for weeks and all the mails are not delivered (due to the “empty” notice out by postman or previous tenant).
Also, some mails showed to deliver on Friday (after had key and changed to normal status), but never received even in coming Monday.

I’m furious with the people working at the Palatine distribution center. Twice in just one month they’ve sent my packages back to New York instead of delivering them, so I’m still waiting for something that should’ve already arrived. Another package was sent to a completely different part of Illinois, then rerouted to Chicago, adding four more days of delay. If someone at the distribution center can’t do their job properly, fire them. Stop taking a paycheck just to make customers’ lives miserable.

Honestly I like USPS and everything I ship with them and deliver with them but for some odd reason they decided to hire some of the rides nastiest people in this location sadly they dint have their name tape I would tell everyone who they were and reported them for their behavior.
Went in today just to get yelled at that I couldn't use the box because it looked like one of theirs so she wanted me to pay for a used box, she proceeded to scold me and make me uncomfortable so I decided to just take it home, this is not one of the first time I witnessed this, for some reason every time I visit that USPS there's always a fight or argument happening, they really need to hire people who care about the customers or just shut that location down.

I live in Palatine. My package was shipped to and from Palatine distribution center to Chicago International distribution center. Probably going to go back to Palatine then the post office for delivery. USPS logic
Go figure.
Update: I was told their sorting equipment was not working, that's why. I hope package is delivered early next week, although tracking says in transit from CIDC.

PLEASE tell your people NOT to throw any treats for my dog onto my yard! If she will have an allergic reaction I will sue! The post office employees should not be feeding MY dog. Period!

Just had a package come Florida… Rockford delivery… made it to your location here in Illinois… should have been delivered probably today or tomorrow; and then I check my update and you sent it all the way to Texas 🥴💀 why in the world… tell me how that makes sense? Good job 👏🏽

They have for months not delivered our mail and also delivered incorrect mail to us. Sometimes important documents like our renewed ID.

I went to pick up my mail 9 in the morning I rang the bell and waited 10 min.nobody responded ... because they turned radio volume too high that's why they couden't hear from inside...what agoverment did.

This particular post office cancelled delivery of my package as well as didn’t ship it back to the sender, now my tracking number shows that my package going back and forth from one distribution center to another.

Every time you have to pick up your package. You have to wait around 15-20 minutes before someone will finally shows up. This place is a joke.
