I called the pharmacy to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy. I was on hold for 14 minutes. Every 2 minutes the phone automatically rings them again. Each time, someone picked up the phone and instantly put me back on hold. After waiting that long I hung up and transferred my prescription to CVS

Makes zero sense! Claudia made no sense. So I can’t scan a code allowing me to pay on my phone even though it is on the Walgreens app saying I can use the code to pay for my prescription or purchases and they should easily be able to scan it? Wrong! She says it’s not affiliated with Walgreens. I showed her it was on the Walgreens official app. She just said sorry we do not accept? Then why is it on your app? Yet on that same app I can get refills for my prescriptions, so they somehow are linked! App is absolute garbage! As an ex employee there, a total embarrassment they still do not have their stuff together!

I needed have a prescription transferred so I called them and was on hold for a long time finally someone picked up the phone and intentionally connected me to a recording and hung up. This Walgreens Pharmacy on Northwest Highway and Palatine Road is the worst Pharmacy I have ever seen terrible customer service

This is the worst pharmacy to get any medication from. No communication what's so ever, rude and and just a waste of time. The only reason I've been there is because of location bu at this point I'm willing drive a bit. Not surprised Walgreens is going under. I wish I could rate this place less than a star.

I am a pharmacist who tried to transfer a medication for a patient and not only did they not connect me with a pharmacist they continued to put me on hold, not the first time they have done this DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

I was never a fan of this pharmacy. After CVS closed I started coming to this location. Last month they partially filled my prescription because that’s all they had. I paid my deductible in full. I was told they would call me when the other 5 pills came in. They never called and I was only short 5. I decided to handle it the next time I came to refill it. I called to make sure the extra 5 would be in there and they said no problem. When I picked it up, the extra 5 weren’t there. The pharmacist manager refused to fill the extra 5. I was in the drive-thru and a line began to form. The car next to me began to stare. Plus I had dinner in the car for my daughter and she was hungry. I told them I would come back to resolve the issue. I came back 20 minutes later and Tracie the manager refused to fill it. No one said anything about coming back within 10 days or else they can’t help. She began talking about billing my insurance and a bracket and who knows what else. The bottom line is I was promised 5 pills and now they won’t do it. I’m not surprised Walgreens is closing hundreds of stores nationwide in the next year. I will do everything I can to avoid Walgreens from here on out. Most big box and grocery stores also have pharmacies. Bye Walgreens.

I have a problem with picking up my prescription from here, quite literally, every single time. They either don’t have my prescription (after I refill it and get a email confirmation) or don’t have it on time (of the confirmed pick up time and day). And the customer service? Non-existent. Don’t expect an ‘I’m sorry for the failure on our part’ or ‘we’ll fix this for you right away.’ It’s laughable - and I work in customer service haha. Please, go literally anywhere else.

NEVER use this Walgreens pharmacy. They have been worthless in customer service, getting meds and helping customers. OMG. I’ll drive 40 miles now to get my medicine. Horrible.

The sweet Indian man at the cash register is amazing, folded my receipt super neatly and handed it to me. Took extreme care of my products as well. I hope you see this Mr Indian man. Your rings are amazing!!!

Pharmacy is the worst! Put on hold constantly and nobody answers. Needed a rx transferred to Osco due to change in insurance and Osco said that they tried calling 4 times before they got it, l had to delay my vacation because l had tried to get my blood pressure medicine for 2 days and they didn’t transfer it.

I am a regular customer. I went in there on my 30min lunch and got a few things. 3 things that were make up and had orange sale signs went up to pay the lady Julia was up front not a hello, not a smile she started ringing things up and all the make up came up full price I told her they are on sale she says ooh you need to read that's my department. I told her to just void it I have to go back to work. Then she says I'm not voiding it you will be late. How horrible is she. What a nasty person.
