OMG This store is a joke and I’m not kidding!!! Their phone line system is horrible. There’s something wrong with it. It sounds like you’re in a tunnel. The people answering the phone are rude and weird acting. Is this even a store?

I ended up driving to Deerfield, where they were super helpful. I would not recommend this- I don’t know why this is a 24-hour store. 👎

I would rate 0 stars if I could. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help for any prescription over the phone. The customer service here is terrible! The app is useless and the text message updates telling when your prescription is ready are never true. Never call the phone the customer service associates are rude and not helpful and very poorly informed. I asked the representative to do the survey at the end and she forced the call to end so I could not report her outrageously rude behavior. I WILL NEVER USE WALGREENS AGAIN.

Don’t even bother to go there ,I dropped prescription for my son they said come back hour and a half…called if it’s ready ..they can’t find my prescription..came to Walgreens..they don’t have my prescription..I told lady that I dropped my prescription to your hands ..let me check ..oh it’s compounded we can’t do it now ..come back next day ..what a shame !!!my son is in pain she didn’t tell me they can’t do it before ?until I came for pick up !?so I ask her give me back my prescription..oh she can’t do it!!it will be ready tomorrow late morning..asked what time ?10/11/? Oh don’t know ..afternoon ?can’t promise ..Monday !?oh for Monday for sure wtf ?it’s a joke ?his doctor office is closed already ,can’t get another prescription!my son is in pain !no medication!no prescription!I should read all the reviews before went there!

The pharmacy staff will start or end their breaks up to 10 minutes before or after their actual break time. It has screwed with my ability to attain my medication multiple times. I don’t know about anyone else but I always have to take my breaks at the time listed, not regularly shutting down and opening up at my own whim. If this was one time it would be different but it’s nearly EVERY time I go in and I can’t get around easily so I don’t always have a ride at any given time of the day. The manager is SOOOOOO rude about it too. This store is garbage and the people who work in it could use some serious customer service skills. The Walgreens down the street at the corner of northwest highway and palatine is superior, take the extra time and go that way so you don’t have to deal with this dumpster fire of a staff.

Zero stars...app shows no prescription history...waited 31 days to fill my High Blood Pressure meds...My doctor calls it in and they do not fill. Called my insurance and they said no problem on our end. What the H is going on with walgreens....are they going out of business....seriously ? ? HORRIBLE ! !

The pharmacist here are the best. Walgreens pharmacy has been mine since it opened, and I trust them implicitly. If I have an issue with medication, they are always there with answers.

My Daughter, her usual routine is to buy a greeting cards, she's autistic and always carry her old cards she bought day before. Cashier likes and the staff the way they looked at her as if she's shoplifting. Such ignorance people, wrong approach and their full of judgment, I wish someday they don't have special needs people in their family cause it's hurt when people judge you.

I had surgery and my doctor called in a prescription in the morning and it took them over 8 hours to fill it and no one would answer the phone. They kept putting me on hold.
Every time I go there my prescription is either out of stock or back ordered and no one tells me till I go to pick it up, even though I place the order days in advance.

Possibly the worst pharmacy around. They said on the phone my refill is ready after 8 AM on Saturday. As I have come to pick it up, they said it takes another 2 days. It's always like this here, and nobody knows anything, no manager on duty... Ridiculous...
