The worst pharmacy there is. I called, waited 35 minutes then got hung up on. Called the “manager on duty”. He went and told the pharmacy that I was waiting, they hung up on me twice. Avoid this place at all costs completely disrespectful, unorganized and quite honestly pathetic.

We only use this pharmacy. The pharmacist's assistant Sofia is the best consultant. Our whole family switched to this pharmacy because of her. She will give quality advice, answer all questions and advise you on the best way. We sincerely thank her for doing her job well.

Laughably bad in-store customer service - as if they’re offended by your presence and general wanting of things. This isn’t a singular occurrence, it’s a culture
Second star as I haven’t had any issues with the pharmacist - though I will be changing my prescriptions after reading other reviews

My husband went through the drive thru and asked if he could purchase children’s liquid Benadryl for our infant son who was having a suspected allergic reaction. The pharmacy manager asked what kind of Benadryl and my husband said “any children’s Benadryl”. The manager a grabbed a box, held it up through the window and sold my husband benadryl plus decongestant. Thankfully I realized before administering to my baby (decongestant is not safe for infants). I went back to the store to let them know of the error and they said it wasn’t their fault, they were trying to do my husband a favor selling it to him through the drive through when it’s not their policy to sell otc meds in the drive through. When I told them it’s a near miss event and asked how they internally report, the pharmacist scoffed at me and said this wasn’t a near miss and it was my husbands fault. The manager said my husband said “any children’s Benadryl” so this counts. I told him if someone asks for Advil for their child they wouldn’t sell them Advil PM. I ended up filing an event with corporate but it sounds like these reports go to store management so I’m not sure what will even come of it.

Collins and the other pharmacist don't know how to think for themselves. I hate filling my prescriptions here and I can tell others do too. I get a certain medicine that's usually unavailable but this Walgreens never fails to have it in stock. Now I know why... No one likes to come here and deal with the incompetence

This is the worst walgreens I have ever come across. No staff, worst pharmacy help, arrogant and they just dont care. I wanted for 30 minutes in the drive to pick up my medicine today 11/18 and when i got my turn to pick up the lady said she is on break and no staff and cant help and curtly told me to come back in 45 minutes. this is the lowest of the low for walgreen......

This used to be my go to store for prescription needs, but they have fallen off badly in recent years. Right now, I have a new prescription for a very common medication that I have been waiting for initial fill for over a week!! I call and they never answer the phone (i can hear when they force it back onto hold!) go elsewhere for your prescriptions.

The incompetency of the pharmacy is wild. And it isn't just at this location, it's at all walgreens pharmacies. I've dealt with everything from being told incorrect instructions/dosages on medication, to being given the wrong prescriptions, to having techs not even put in the order I requested or not knowing if they have meds in stock or not.

Jeffrey is the best! He helped us with passport size photos. Great customer service. Far better than the CVs across street bcos the cvs did not have the usb in stock for digital photo.

This pharmacy is constantly out of the medicince I'm trying to get refilled. Since they went to filling orders at a central location, things have really gone downhill. Unless you speak to the pharmacist directly, all the employees tell you to call your insurance. All of this is ridiculous and needs to change.

wary of shopping at this Walgreens when teenagers are working (unless you’re one of their friends), I needed a couple “Apple Cards” but the display was completely empty, the employee just pointed to where the cards usually are then immediately turned away to greet his group of friends that walked in. I guess Walgreens doesn’t teach “customer service “.

Every time I pick up a refill for my son's medication, it is so difficult to have them flavor it. It's a 30 min ordeal trying to get them to do it. After the 8th refill you would think this wouldn't be so hard. They give me the run around every time on why they can't flavor it. The customer service is just subpar. Tonight was the last straw. They asked me to circle around so the other cars can get their medications. I ended up calling the northwest hwy location and they said they can flavor it. I will be moving our prescriptions going forward!
