One of the bad service in US.Appt at 3 PMThey took car at 4:10The first 30mins they walking around car and talking. They do nothing.And change 4 tires took 2 hours.They are slow and not professional.They also take another car when my car was in box.They made another car earlier than my.Not recomended

I don't like leaving negative reviews and I hate being the bearer of bad news, but if you value and care for your car then steer as far away from this Walmart Auto Center as possible. Customer service is pretty atrocious and some of the men there will lie to you without any hesitation. Last time I came in for an oil change, paid $90+ for full synthetic. About a month later my check engine light came on. Went to my mechanic and he told me the oil was low and very dirty as if I haven't changed it in over a year and mind you I don't even drive my car too much. Another time I came in to patch one of my back tires and after my car was done one of the mechanics there told me my suspensions were bad and needed to be replaced. Again, went to my own mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with them. If you want to waste your time and money, go ahead. But as I said before this place is overall a dumpster fire. I know that maybe these employees don't get paid enough as mechanics, but I sure as hell am not gonna spend money, time and effort on an establishment that rips me off and doesn't give a flying damn about their customers and does not prioritize the safety of their vehiclesServices: Tires

Today I went to get a tire changed it took them 2 hours 30 minutes and they overcharged saying they did other services on tires when they didn’t.

Called the auto center to fix a tire with a nail or tack was told to bring it over time 1100 am got their took my info waited checked 1 hour later my SUV was still sitting outside had lunch went back tome 1pm vehicle still sitting asked the rep who was playing on his phone that they have not got to it their was no techs inside working a car that was inside was the same car I seen 2 hours before the guy I talked to said we must of got appts coming in liar.Anyway I advise do not use this pkace.

They tried to scam me. I asked for tire rotation and i paid for it and it was never done also anything that was touched by the tech is covered with oil. I got a refund but i didn't appreciate the fact that they thought i wouldn't find out. Cars have cameras these days!!! Also it says on the receipt that i declined adding washer fluid to the car. No one ever asked me im not happy with this service and I'll never come back here again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!I made the appointment 4 days ago for Sunday at 7am. The Auto care Center should be opened at 7am, and the door was only opened at 7:20 - my car was not touched until 8:10 and they only served customers without appointments. What is the point of having appointments when the employees don't care about them? Lousy service ! Workers are not competent enough to handle the job!I highly do not recommend this place !!!!!!?

Busted a lug stud off the hub passenger front. Didn't tell me. Manager was rude and unprofessional. Unwilling to even talk, seemed distracted looking at women.

Went to get new tires. Checked tire pressure before paying . Each tire has different pressure, like 40 on 32, 38 on 30 , 33 on 30, 37 on 30. When I asked them why? The answer was “accident happens “. Plus to it they told me that my car will be ready in about hour and 30 minutes. I came 3 hours after I dropped my car and they didn’t even start to work on my car. Lousy service ! Workers are not competent enough to handle the job!

I came early in the morning and waited 8 almost 9 hours to receive 2 back tires on my Jeep. I was told if I came in the morning I would be 1st up . So I came early in the morning and didn’t leave until night time. They were putting people ahead of me and not only were they putting people ahead of me but every time I asked how long would it take for me to be in the shop they always said your next up. This was one of my worst shop experiences ever and I didn’t even receive a courtesy discount or anything. I would not recommend this place for tire work.

Terrible place with a bunch of lazy people who don’t want to work. I dropped off my car for oil change at 7:15 am and they didn’t even touch my car till 9:30 am. When I asked the guy said we will pull in now and nothing happened even after another 15 min. So I asked them for my key and went to Carx right across the street. Carx pulled in my car within 15 min and took care of my oil change. Run away from this trash Walmart with bunch of lazy people who don’t want to work on clock. I am giving 1 star because it’s required to choose one if not nothing for them.

Changed my tires here. They can’t took off my one tire. And told me to go to other place. They are here tire center who can’t take care of the tires!!!!! Waste of time

Ordered tires online and had an appointment window via email between 2-3pm today for installation,came at 2:20pm , they said im late and need to wait at least 2 hours! Unacceptable service! Very disappointed !

The lady on the desk puts the call on hold, no matter when you call them and never responds. Worse place waste of time.

I didn’t have any problems with the actual service. However, the employees are very slow with the clerical work and everything other than the mechanic work. I ordered tires online to be installed and after waiting for 10 minutes, the employee essentially sent me on a wild goose chase searching for the online order pickup people who are in the garden center for some reason. Even the employee fulfilling the pickup commented on how lazy the auto employees are. After I got a call saying my tires were installed, I had to wait 15 minutes for the auto manager to come from the depths of who knows where in Walmart to help complete my payment.
