We love them. We have had a grill of theirs for over 15 years. Today again we were surprised by their service. We ordered the wrong part and their service and attitude was just outstanding. We love our grill and use it all the time !

If I had known that the BBQ would be of such poor quality, I would not have bought one from Weber. Just like the warranty that is simply misleading.
