Kim keeps closing my account. They accuse me of fraud, of being a criminal, of not having a social when I get social security. They close my account and refuse access. They should be sued. Kim laughs about trouble she causes. I can't get any help. No one knows anything.

I refinanced thru Wells for probably the 4th time. I was told to sent up an automatic withdrawal. which I did for 8-1. DID NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS. I then called back since the 5th was a better choice. The person on the phone helped me and said I am all set and it would only be taken out on the 5th. Found on the 7th the same mortgage was withdrawn again. LEAVING ME OVERDRAWN. BEEN CALLING OVER TO FIX THIS - SAME RESPONSE - They said I made a mistake (no way) and it would be another week to get my money. Never will I work with this bank again. UPDATE - Called again last night - now they stated my money will not be released until the following week. I give up. They have no idea what they are doing - seem to have call a new person each time. And the wait just keeps getting longer.

Nobody answers the phone when the choice is....press 0 to speak with an associate. I specifically called Palatine. After nobody answers, you are sent to a general answering voice that says...pick a location. (I already was calling Palatine) I call back because an option was to hear hours they are open. After 4 tries of no one answering, I figure I'll just hear the hours and go in when Palatine is open. I choose to hear the hours and it says....go to wells Fargo.com for hours. Useless. Completely useless phone system.

I have never been to a bank and expected it to be like that tv show "Cheers" I rarely enjoy going to the bank, but the friendly staff here and the coffee (which may give Starbucks a run for its money!), makes me want to visit this branch more often
