Everything is good except that on Google maps it shows that they’re open on Sunday, but they are not
And I think that needs to be fixed

Had a very pleasant experience here..staff was very polite..they yell u what u NEED to sign..(just sign..don't fill anything else out)..they were very helpful..even when a customer next to me was very rude..because he didn't listen..I heard what she said..thanks for helping me Maria & Stephanie..

I've given this currency exchange another chance, and another and another. I think they might have new owners because everyone I've dealt with over the last year has been polite and professional. I would now recommend this place. Way to turn things around Palatine Currency Exchange!

Terrible experience at this currency exchange! I just went in to get the sticker for my license plate and the staff member who was supposed to be helping me was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I asked her what her name was because her behavior towards me when I asked her one question was totally unacceptable and she refused to tell me. If you are a customer service representative giving good service, there would be no issue telling a customer your first name. If you need to go to a currency exchange, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Crooks. This place literally rips you off. Went in to get plates and a title transfer on a motorcycle I bought. Paid 570 dollars which is what they told me. Found out Schaumburg currency exchange charges 359. Called to find out why they were over 200 more and she came up with some bs fees. Rip of x 200. Do not go in there. You'll regret it. Filing a complaint with the bbb as well.
