No one wants to deal with the stress of the possibility of having mold in their home. Enter Carla and her team at Zero Mold. They were highly recommended to me and I’m so glad they were! Every person I talked to was professional and caring. They talked TO me, not DOWN to me and made sure I understood the process of testing and remediation if necessary. I can’t recommend them highly enough. 10/10 for sure!

We highly recommend Zero Mold! Michael, Joe, Jay, Carla and her team responded right away to remediate basement mold, declutter the basement and refer to a mold specialist doctor. Very professional, courteous team!

Awesome job done by Jay. Thorough remediation of the entire attic although the visible mold impacted area was only on one piece of sheathing. He did a careful inspection and was nice enough to help us remove other small but visible mold in the shower room and sum pump room as well. Carla was able to offer us a good deal with ten-year warranty. Very honest and professional business, 100% recommend.

We had some problems with moisture in our basement and I was sure that we were going to have an expensive mess on our hands. Other companies had come out and suggested things from tearing up the floor to digging holes and installing drain tile. ZeroMold came out and advised us on exactly what we needed to do without trying to upsell us into the stratosphere. They used a couple of different high-tech devices to diagnose the problem accurately. A few days of using some industrial dehumidifiers, and a terrific mold treatment, and everything is back to normal! No tearing up walls, floors, etc... They were fast, courteous, helpful, understanding, and just all-around terrific. Joe even went the extra mile and cleaned up some mold in our upstairs bathroom without being asked. I can't believe how great these guys are! I cannot recommend them enough.Do not hesitate to call them! This kind of attention and customer service is so rare these days and I was just thrilled with the results.

After discovering a roof leak by seeing some mold, I needed help quickly. Eric and Mike arrived the next day, assessed the problem, and determined what had to be done. They provided referrals to a great roofer and painter, worked with the roofer as needed, and took care of my inside problem. Eric is one of those people really dedicated to doing things the right way; he did everything he could that needed to be done, and told me exactly what I needed to do after his work when he finished. We experienced mold in our attic due to poor ventilation. ZeroMold came out and gave us an estimate, plus showed us a short video of the process.Our technician was Jacob and he did an amazing job of cleaning the attic. Not a spot of mold anywhere and it was a huge job. He was very professional and courteous.I recommend them highly.

Mike did a great job accessing our crawl space for mold. He showed up the next day after I called to take a look at the issues we were having. He was on time and reasonably priced for the job that needed to be done. Our crawl space is very very tight with a dirt bottom and Mike did not hesitate to get inside and take a look. His team of 3 arrived a few days later and got the job done. There is an oder that lingers for a few days but because they use a non-toxic scrub and fog I was not too concerned and Mike assured me it was safe to return 24-48 hrs later.
