The food is good. However, on many occasions I've had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be done. Like today, my food was estimated 6:19pm, and since I know it's usually a wait, I arrived at 6:27pm. This time I was told they hadn't even put my 2nd pizza in the oven yet. They were standing around talking in the kitchen on arrival, cashier hangs out with them in the back as well. I don't like their service or atmosphere. If it weren't for their food being better than Carrolltons casey, I'd say screw it. (I live in between the 2)

Ordered pizza waited 35 min went to pick it up. 1 person working in the entire place. No one working in the food area. Was told they were on break and should be back by now. Hadn’t even started my pizza. Told them to cancel my order and went home.
