I went to AT&T on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to enquire about storage on my iPhone 17 Pro. Moe Adi approached my husband and me to help us. After solving the storage question, Moe looked further into our account. He said that our plan was very old and he could upgrade us and save us $150.00 a month. Moe said that by adding one more phone line and taking our bill off autopay from a debit card to a checking account we would save $150.00 monthly. After answering several questions that my husband and I had, we agreed to the plan. Several days later I got a text from AT&T with the following message: Due to a recent change to your account, you're no longer eligible to receive the AutoPay and Paperless Bill discount. Your next bill will reflect this change. I thought it was spam, so my husband called customer service. They said it was not spam. My husband asked about our new plan of saving $150.00. The representative on the phone said that is not true. It would save us $40.00 and that would be after dropping the new phone line. The rep said we should go into the AT&T store and ask to talk to the store manager to try and get this resolved. On Sunday, November 16th my husband and I went back to the store to find out that Moe was off until Tuesday. We explained our situation to a rep and told her that customer service said we should ask for the manager. To our horror, the manager is Moe Adi. While we were working on our situation, several other customers came in with pretty much the same problem that we had and the same promises of lowering your bill. All these other customers had been duped, like us, by Moe Adi. Moe was giving out wrong information and letting us leave the store thinking we would be saving 150.00. He is NOT to be trusted. He should be fired. If you go to the store, if a male rep approaches you, ask his name. If it’s MOE tell him you will wait for another rep to help you. DO NOT let him wait on you. He is only there to blindsight his customers. We have also filed a complaint against Moe Adi with the Federal Communications Commission.
I received a reply from the AT&T owner requesting me to email him/her to further discuss my complaint. Now I am beyond UPSET because the email address that he/she provided is a NON-EXISTANT email address. This has left a very bad taste with me to the point where I will be looking into getting rid of AT&T.

I cannot express my disappointment personally and for the community of Palos Heights and the surrounding area when I learned that Luis has been moved from the Palos Heights store to the Glen Ellyn store.
Luis helped me personally to switch my service, but more than that I observed his ability to lead his team of people. Luis is honest, he truly cares about the customer, knows how to give superior service and model that behavior for his team.
I feel that your upper management has made an error in relocating Luis.
I would appreciate a phone response to discuss this further.

I had a great experience I came in to upgrade my phone but due to all my storage it took almost 2 hours to transfer my info, Jesse and Ron were exceptional very helpful and welcoming. 10/10 would come again!!

This was the best AT&T store I have ever been to. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. Answered all questions and concerns while looking for the best promotions. Thank you Olivia and Louis!

I spoke with Amy to sign up for fiber internet with AT&T. She was very pleasant to talk to and got me signed up and all good to go In less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this store.

My husband and I stopped in yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Jesse. To start...........he was supposed to be leaving, but stayed to work with not only us.......but another woman that was waiting. You don't see that much anymore these days. Not only was he kind , he was unbelievably knowledgeable!!!!!!! I did not know the password on my old trade in phone..... and he was able to help me unlock it. He took the time to explain he wanted to be certain I was going to get my full trade in value. I've been with AT & T for years, and this was the best service / easiest transaction I have ever received!!! Thank you Jesse!!!!
