“I always appreciate any business (or person) that delivers exactly what they are supposed to deliver. Wash Inn has taken care of multiple vehicles for me over the last couple years. They truly treat every one of my vehicles equally, from the luxury to my tried and true every day ride or die Camry. The details matter at this spot. I believe the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering this is a true hand wash joint. I've gotten the clay bar and wax and they also wash my car that has a ceramic coat. At this point, I've dealt with everyone there. They are all great and knowledgeable. To me, great customer service is not kissing my ass, it's delivering the product that I am paying for in a a timely and professional manner. Car washing is not rocket science...and yet, so many places don't get it right. This place consistently does. I will say, sometimes wait times can be a little lengthy (typically each car is 20-30min depending on your service and yet in 2 yrs its never taken me longer than 15min to get in the wash bay), but I assure you, you will be hard-pressed to find better anywhere in the near or far area. Weekends are expectedly busier than a weekday. Our vehicles are huge investments, this place will absolutely treat them a such.”

I took my car in a sad mood because I did not think my car seats, badly stained and smeared with nacho cheese, could be saved anymore. They were in very bad shape and appearance. I NEVER thought they could look decent again. My car needed good cleaning.
BUT for only 90 dollars, a great price which included an indoor shine and clean, a full removal of stubborn stains from the car seating, and a full exterior car wash the workers here performed a miracle of a job well-done. I could NOT believe my eyes. The car seats look NEW and cleaner than ever. I am happy. I would give 100 perfect stars if I could.”
“Wow!!! This is my 2nd time here & they don’t disappoint! I used to take my car to another popular car wash place that wasn’t a hand car wash place. They charged way more & the quality of the cleaning was way less. The prices here are very fair & Tuesdays are ladies day so I got $4 off the #2 car wash! They are very thorough with both the exterior & interior. Mauricio the owner is nice & has been in this business for over 30 years! I’ll keep coming back to support this small business. “We were using them through an insurance claim through Allstate. Service was superb and all of our questions were answered. I didn't have a problem with the timeliness of our repair because I have dealt with the repair of this car before and it was almost a month. They let us know what was going on because unfortunately it was a little more than what the initial estimate was going to be. However they took care of everything and the car look brand new. The door had to be replaced and it looked like it had always been there. When we picked up the car the young man showed us everything that was done to it. I would definitely choose this location in Blue Island if I had to do another repair, which I hope I don't.”

“I've been going to this car wash for years, the only downside is that they rarely answer the phone so I drive up there not knowing if they're able to take on another customer or not. I get detailing, vacuuming including inside and outside wash. I love that employees do hand washing it's more detail than a drive through car wash I absolutely recommend!!!”

“Never any issue with this location. Been coming for years! They make sure the vacuums are clear and working and the people are wonderful. They treat you like family and remember loyal customers. Prices have gone up but membership costs the same as when originally signing up. Love the heated dry in winter to help melt off any snow and helps dry everything to near perfection.”

“Great prices and they have a prewash station to remove windshield bugs or stubborn bird yuck. Fast service and reasonable prices. There was a young gentleman near the pay gate to assist me when paying. He was kind and professional. The machine did do an okay job for the express service but I really needed a simple wash and it did the job for $7.00. I’ll try the next level up and compare next time.
They offer free vacuuming upon exit but please be considerate of others and don’t leave your garbage on the floor. They offer plenty of trash bins.
