Absolutely fantastic experience. They have a great variety of products and parts, and the staff seem very knowledgeable. Had a great time talking with Toby about classic Kaiju movies. My only regret is that I don't need any parts right now; I'll absolutely be using this store for any future computer assembly or repairs!

I trust and love these guys, my uncle told me about them in the early 2000s at their old location in the Chicago Ridge area. I still send family and friends to them today, now located here in the Palos area. I will always recommend them over a big box store. They will not lie to you for the sale, they tell you what you need, and will help with your issues. With me living a half hour away, I will still drive there for my tech needs. I won't ever second guess the price. Their knowledge and experience is valued more to me than money. Always a pleasure doing business because I know wasn't cheated. The big box stores cannot even compare to my experience. The staff at this place are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. Whenever they explain the issues my computer is facing, they patiently provide clarifications without ever making me feel inadequate. I’ve been relying on their expertise for years and always refer them to anyone in need of computer repairs.

Today I needed to find a computer shop to fix my computer, and because of all the great reviews from here I ventured off to this location. Toby was the gentlemen who helped me and he truly is wonderful to work with. He was honest about my situation and was very informative on questions I asked. Support your small local business as they are the people who make connections with the community.

I had an old laptop that crashed on me and thought I lost some irreplaceable photos and such. Toby and the guys retrieved all my info and pics. They really saved the day, those guys are the best! Also needed a new laptop which I thought was very reasonably priced and bought it on small business Saturday and they took off an additional $50.00. Definitely will always be a returning customer. Thanks again Computer Greeks!

My laptop was running very slow so they suggested updating my hard drive to a SSD which I agreed to but I asked if I should also upgrade my amount of RAM as long as they had the machine open. They said “no” because the SSD would give me the needed response time. And it worked great, my older laptop is just slightly slower than my i7, 32gig, 1.5tb desktop and they had it back to me in a day. I’m super pleased with both the service and the advice. Their honesty in telling me that a RAM upgrade wasn’t necessary, tells you a lot.

Toby was huge help fixing my laptop screen, very affordable and he got the part in super quick, also happy to work around my schedule and let my partner go pick up the laptop. These guys are great don't go to Best buy or a chain, these guys actually care about what their doing. Earned a lifetime customer when I have pc issues I am not comfortable fixin myself!!
